It was covered in facts and glitches on DarkViperAU's channel and I think was on whatever57010's channel as well. There's a glitch in gta online used in these speedruns to get extra on foot speed as well though. Tab movement is also used when in 3rd person

@@batjimadventures2201 On xbox you can do the north storage wall glitch with the pillar. Hard to do and require to change some sensitivity settings but with practice I can do it reliably now !
