When Mr. Red Means Recording has fun i have fun. Also good to see how no matter what presenter is showing of the strega it seems like an eldritch noise beast. Its cool how unique this device is
Literally the best instrument demonstration video I have ever watched. I have had the strega since launch and every time I use it I can extract something new.
„Strega“ is witch in Italian, yes, but what is cooler: the same etymology led to „strigoi“ in Romanian, which are evil demons that fly around at night, and in turn this led to the Romanian word for „screaming“, which is „striga“ 👀 There are related words in other European languages, like “stryge” in French, meaning woman who sucks the blood of children. Fantastic video, Jeremy ❤
This has been my favorite Red Means Recording video to date. I love this channel so much for it's wealth of knowledge, but the flavor you slap on it is amazing Jeremy!
I think there’s been a terrible mistake. Instead of being discouraged, I find myself…. drawn to this…. horrifically beautiful…. machine…. oh no…. Jeremy….. why…..? (That ending song is extraordinary)
Atmosphere, lights, scenario, outfit , strega, demonic sounds - all stars aligned, lulz generated, this is what yt is for. Originality and creativity. Thanks for amazing episode!
Jeremy...I can't tell you how much I love this channel. My life is a dumpster fire of nonsense. This content brings me such happiness and reminds me that not all people are awful. I'm so thankful for you doing your thing.
Absolutely loved this one! I have to start a new Halloween-themed YT playlist with this video, your video on Ghost, and go digging through your channels for more. That was a ton of fun, thanks for making it.
Really one of the best video's on synthesizer presentation I have seen so far. This one actually forced me to look from begin to finish, and repeat is again. I think I may have been posessed now.
Jeremy you are really doing right with your channel. I've drifted away a little bit, I admit it. I always come check out what you are doing once in a while, but I'm hooked again brother. Keep going!
Aside from the video being amazing (I always appreciate being infected by slurping hellspawn), I just wanted to say that I enjoyed your usage of the word "festooned"
My spiritual armor must be thick because every sound that I’ve heard out of this thing makes me anxious, and I have to go sit in silence to recalibrate after listening to it.
Barely into this, but know immediately, I am watching a humourist in arms. I'd watch this for no other reason than the humour alone. Brilliantly written, presented and edited, thanks so much for this!
I didn't expect this hilarious nonsense to turn into a useful tutorial and brilliant satire at the same time! This is fantastic. Wait, I think I can hear the Void calling to me... through cavernous reverb of course.
I've been disconnected for a while and I come back just to find this lawyer, Jeremiah Samsonite talking about depositions... I'm not well versed in English so I paused the video, walked to the local library, asked for a dictionary, learnt the alphabet in english, and looked for the word deposition. Its definition? "the removal of the body of Christ from the Cross", so it all checks out. Back from the library I also had to take a deposi.. I mean... go to the toilet... and came back home, unpaused the video, and kept watching the video. I don't know who you are or where Jeremy is, but this is weird, and I like weird, I'll keep watching, thank you for listening to my podcast.
Jeremy, you had so much fun making this video and I absolutely love it. All reviews/demos need to be done in a similar format from now on. The council demands it.
I, for one, welcome the void and its spiky embrace. Edit 1: Mick Gordon would have wrangled some demons from this for the Doom OSTs. Edit 2: this whole video gives me analog horror vibes, record it all to VHS.
“ This is the water, and this is the well. Drink full, and descend. The horse is the white of the eyes, and dark within “ as Alessandro Cortini or Bob as he then called himself said often during the creation of this key to the doorway between worlds 😂
🙌🏽😈🖤❤️🔥🔥You always go above and beyond to make your educational content fun and engaging, and you’ve outdone yourself this time! (I also just listened to you on the Podular Modcast today and I so appreciate everything you shared. I only wish I had gotten to talk to you more at Velocity.) Keep up the great work, Jeremy!
This is so good 🖤 I love your videos, i love Alessandra Cortini's music (how good is volume massimo?!) and i loved the eldritch non euclidean soundwaves you've poured into my earholes. I hope i can PLAYTOUCH with strega one day as well and join the void in communion. Tekeli-li, tekeli-li!
had a 'ah!' moment yesterday; was watching the show 1899 (music by Ben Frost) and during the credits I was like "uh this looks a lot like a strega". I google "Ben Frost strega" and bam this was precisely the track he made for the make noise strega collective album (track is periphera). I've had a strega for a while and can recognize its particular tone from a mile apparently.
Ever since the new years walk in the park I have been digging your work more and more and more. From the dicks video, to the superbooth docu, the dnb history piece. You're absolutely nailing it Jeremy!
Remind me which SCP article this is? I feel like it has something to do with the the Fifthists but who knows…. Fantastic work as always. Glad you’re having fun with these.
I was seriously coming close to pulling the trigger on the MN Easel setup but after this video I don’t think I’m interested in this demon box. I don’t think I could do much with that sound.
One of your best concepts yet. We really need to talk horror fiction soon.
His get up truly is on point. I think that’s what really sells it. The black turtle neck with gold chain really nails the cult vibes.
When Mr. Red Means Recording has fun i have fun.

Congratulations on creating the greatest synth video of all time.

Jeremy, you having way too much fun. Please, keep it up. The end piece is lovely and haunting.
This has been my favorite Red Means Recording video to date. I love this channel so much for it's wealth of knowledge, but the flavor you slap on it is amazing Jeremy!

The editing is so good in this. Love the subtle glitches. Very well executed. Great job.
I’ve loved these videos. Keep making them!
Atmosphere, lights, scenario, outfit , strega, demonic sounds - all stars aligned, lulz generated, this is what yt is for. Originality and creativity. Thanks for amazing episode!
Ok, that piece at the end was truly spectacular.
I don't have a clue how all those synths work but I am glad to see that at least you know!
You are SO good at this!
Jeremy...I can't tell you how much I love this channel. My life is a dumpster fire of nonsense. This content brings me such happiness and reminds me that not all people are awful. I'm so thankful for you doing your thing.
Incredible. The Strega review I was always dreaming of! Love you J!!!!
This is, by far, the single best product review in existence. I'll pray for you
Super good, the intro part was fun and the contrapunct with the outro was superb.
God this was glorious. All hail the soul slurping void noises
I love that your response to this device was "if Make Noise won't explain it, why should I?"
Absolutely loved this one! I have to start a new Halloween-themed YT playlist with this video, your video on Ghost, and go digging through your channels for more. That was a ton of fun, thanks for making it.
This is really fun, great job Jeremy as always
For some reason I think you'd make an excellent star trek character sir
adding the strega on my list again after this beast of a video :D great job!
Really one of the best video's on synthesizer presentation I have seen so far. This one actually forced me to look from begin to finish, and repeat is again. I think I may have been posessed now.
The turtleneck and chain was the first thing I noticed in the thumbnail. Immediately knew this vid would be a banger.
I love the strega! It's so chaotic and magical. Thanks for making a video on it 💜
You really are quite creative and original as well as talented at making these videos out to be both entertaining and informative.
Love the "Liberate te ex inferis" snippets! 🔥🔥🔥 Excellent video overall, lovely synthtroduction
I'm only three minutes in and samsonite has already convinced me I need one of these
I feel like you're my cousin, Marvin Berry, introducing me to that new sound I've been looking for.
Jeremy you are really doing right with your channel.
I've drifted away a little bit, I admit it. I always come check out what you are doing once in a while, but I'm hooked again brother.
Keep going!
I feel the void calling me now!
added:
That outro was nice :D Who knew the devils work would be so peaceful :)

FESTOON

This by far your best concept ever made, I just love the story telling of it
The beautiful ambient track at the end was a nice touch.

We need to see the bloopers for this Jeremy 😂
I love Strega sooooo much!!! I just got PWM's Malevolent and the two are now best buds.
I have yet to pair mine, but that is a wonderous idea. I shall add the Quadrantid Swarm to the mix as well for anarchy.
@@Daphoid yes
Nice work Jeremy! Made me smile.
Jeremy, you had so much fun making this video and I absolutely love it. All reviews/demos need to be done in a similar format from now on. The council demands it.
Void Slurp. That’s going to stick for a while. Well done.
This is an instrument a Chaos Space Marine would play while he awaits his next battle.
God I love turtle neck and chain Jeremy
I, for one, welcome the void and its spiky embrace.
Edit 1: Mick Gordon would have wrangled some demons from this for the Doom OSTs.
Edit 2: this whole video gives me analog horror vibes, record it all to VHS.
Definitely inspired by the analog horror movement
That beast is in direct contact with Azathoth. You have unmade us all sir. I must now remove my face and speak the words.
This is brilliant and I like the synth too
You made me smile and laugh, getting me out of my depression for the duration of the video.
“ This is the water, and this is the well. Drink full, and descend. The horse is the white of the eyes, and dark within “ as Alessandro Cortini or Bob as he then called himself said often during the creation of this key to the doorway between worlds 😂
this is my favorite channel on the tubes

Behold! Red Means Devil!
All reviews everywhere should adopt this format. How am I supposed to watch Loopop now?
I need to get one of those stands… and I need to play my Strega more.
Beautiful piece of art and advertising. RMR🤯
Love this so much!!! When it comes to red means recording content the weirder the better as far as I'm concerned 😂
⚡️🎛🔊🔥 !!!!! All Hail STREGA - Void Slurper of Souls !!!
I thoroughly enjoyed this!
I love the Bling. You are forging quite the Ganster Genius look for yourself!
This is so good 🖤
I love your videos, i love Alessandra Cortini's music (how good is volume massimo?!) and i loved the eldritch non euclidean soundwaves you've poured into my earholes. I hope i can PLAYTOUCH with strega one day as well and join the void in communion. Tekeli-li, tekeli-li!
Yes! The plan is now complete. Interdimensional rift open. Ready for transport. Godspeed Audionauts.

This is BY FAR the best demo I’ve seen of this beast and also made me finally decide to get one!
my new fav video
That was amazing. Love it!
Im getting Unsolved Mysteries vibes. Good fun, nice work! Didn't actually realise how versatile the strega could be...
The most accurate represenation of modular synthesis "experimentation" sessions
Heartbeat of the Beast! Fantastic video, concept and execution!
😍 La meilleure vidéo de synthé à ce jour !! Merci.
Thank you for taking on this most difficult task.
Oh wow, i just noticed the special rack for the side-power-plug of the makenoise instruments. *jelly commences*
What an entertaining video. Thank you.
Ever since the new years walk in the park I have been digging your work more and more and more. From the dicks video, to the superbooth docu, the dnb history piece. You're absolutely nailing it Jeremy!
Very entertaining, Sir :) Loving the Strega :)
This is a very entertaining video!
Great flair for the dramatic!
Remind me which SCP article this is? I feel like it has something to do with the the Fifthists but who knows….
Fantastic work as always. Glad you’re having fun with these.
God I love SCP
A great presentation of an unusual instrument. Taking a Strega, a Lyra-8 and a Mixtur Trautonium you will be able to create sounds from "outer space".
I have a Strega, in order to be one of the enslavers, rather than the enslaved.
Gorgeous!!
i just got mine a few days ago, love it very much...
Would love to hear what you come up with
you slurp, I love you and your touch
Favorite video of yours yet, this was funny as hell (no pun intended). Keep it up Jeremy!
No surprise that such a creative guy is also hilarious! Love that concept :)
This is beautiful. I have tears on my face. Something happened to me. But I don't know what was it.
It is the siren sound of the void, you must answer.
great video! was curious and could not look away.
This is, by far, the best Strega review.
Beautiful outro 🎉 16:38
Absolutely amazing!
These patches are actually really soothing to me:)
I feel like this subtle sarcasm fits you very well. ;-)
Incredible video, very well done 👏
I was seriously coming close to pulling the trigger on the MN Easel setup but after this video I don’t think I’m interested in this demon box. I don’t think I could do much with that sound.
This is incredibly made. Best synth review on RUclips by miles.
Man you are on fire! ❤️
lovely jam at the end
Damn you're good at this!
