a, a resident of patiala,marries a girl in service at ludhiana.after seven year of marriage .a asks his wife to leave the job and join him at patiala.on refusal by the way,he files a suit for restitution of conjugal rights.the defence set up is that the respondent has never denied right of the husband and she is still prepared to honour all her obligations as his wife bit the husband has no right in law to force her to give up the job and join him in patiala . decide giving reasons PLZ ma'am answer bta dijiye 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 plz
Kindly refer the following case *Shanti Nigam v. Ramesh Chandra*, where it was held that a refusal to quit the job at the instance of husband cannot be ground for passing degree of RCR. In case wife allows free access of herself and there is no reluctance on her part to perform her conjugal duties, then it is very clear that she has no intention to desert the husband and it will not be a case of 'withdrawn from the society of the other'.
My mother died and father done second marriage iñ district court....the prof of marriage is agreement of marriage in court and nothing done is that legal marriage please reply father also died
If wife left husband without any reason she went and staying with parents. Husband try several times to bring back, she has not accept, husband how long to wait to raise RCR. Pls. Tell me.

Adultery is not a crime as far as criminal law is concerned. But adultery will remain a ground for civil issues including divorce.
