That's why many clips when enemy try to juke or run to blind spot, we can see they ping the place before the enemy even go there. For example Many Miracle- clips. Just like in ches or a real war, you never can predict dumb decisions but you will always know the result of the best choice of your enemy movement if they have skill in it. Because it is the only choice they have, and you already know it.
It requires some intuition, but if you want to be more practical, try to hook when the enemy is trying to right click or walking through trees that give a narrow path, you also have to fake the hook animation if they try to dodge the hook, so you are playing psychologically with them. Consider that if you pick Pudge you have to play with supports/cores that have slows or stuns, so the hook can work, not even the best pudge in the world lands every hook. By the way is obvious that these gameplays are the ones where the Pudge player ends up winning, I bet they have trash games when they get countered by Slardar/Lifestealers or good oponentes and feed a ton of kills.

You have full mana, and full charge of 2 SS. Use it damn it.
fresh meat for core 100% for sup dunno tried it in turbo worked well but later on lost its value maybe in all pick is decent but in turbo u need to end really fast or it wont be as effective

depends on the matchup, if ure against burst heavy and tanky heroes u go the dismember, but against fast heroes or ranged u would go flayer hook
