107 views? That's criminal! Great production and content- why isn't this 'pushed' by the RUclips algorithm? I get some real dross pushed at my feed day in & out with thousands of views. I've liked & subbed, all we need now is for lots of people to make comments to push you up the algorithm!
Great advise! I've found that when I've raised my prices, more work came in. When I started putting a higher value on my artwork , people had no problem paying. Also, I've found that I'm a better artist by studying artists from different genres and not just the kind of subjects I like to illustrate.
Drawing people used to be my kryptonite. I had to force myself to draw them. By my second semester of life drawing, I improved to the point where I actually wasn’t hating it anymore. But I have noticed, drawing people is not like riding a bike. If you don’t draw them for awhile, you will forget.
Agreed!! The hard part is working through the time when you are not doing it at a level you would like. But once you begin to improve it becomes more fun. It is indeed like riding a bike. At the start of the 'rona I took a couple months and just did figure drawing most of the day. I felt sooo rusty. But I'll tell ya it has paid off. Even my painting feels better. Thanks for taking time to contribute. J
