I have noticed that hands in CGI and computer rendered imagers like this never come out well. You will see it in video games where everything looks amazing then you are taken out due to the terribly animated or rendered hands. Computers still seem to have issues with hands and feet.
Yep. Hands are frequently a problem in every one of the AI generation engines I've seen. One of the things that was amusing was how even some of the images *that shouldn't have hands in them* had random hands stuck into the photo.
