@@jamesshroogle6331 It's weird, but sometimes a unit that starts with less CR ends up cutting a unit that starts with more CR. I've only seen it happen with very close values though (tied % or 1% difference). I don't know the explanation either or maybe I'm just delusional.

All you had to do in the second game was pick Dilibet over Candy. She would have cleansed herself before Ludwig could go, and then with the def up nothing would have mattered, R&L or not. The rng bullshit is an inherent part of this game. That's why picking strategies that minimize the impact of rng is an important skill to have in RTA: in turn, this is why I don't like Candy as a unit. I don't like facing her, and I don't like using her: she's so thoroughly dependent on rng, someone is guaranteed to get screwed by random bullshit whenever she's involved in a fight. And more often than not the one getting screwed is the player who uses her.

@@Wadeypooo It's the dominant playstyle right now, so it's a bit rough. Especially down in lower ranks, where access to a wider unit pool to counter cleave doesn't really exist.
Yeah, it's confusing how the rework is implemented. You essentially cannot get two extra turns in the same turn. So, when Ran S2's and naturally gets an extra turn from his skill he cannot get an extra turn on top of that one from RnL. However, when he uses his S3, there is nothing giving him an extra turn, so he can proc RnL then to get an extra one.
Accept it this is epic seven. World champion 2022 from Japan win because RnL on Ran and Abyssal crown on Politis proc at the right time. This is hiw this game judge who is the winner or who is the world champion.

There’s bunny dom, there’s elena for if they pick ran, there’s politis and a yufine to counter and cut combat readiness push. Pick immortality if they ban/take all your counters. like idk why you’re tunnel visioned on just a small group of units. You said this season was hard because there’s too many units, this is a good thing because it means there’s several options you could go.

the RNL proc after Ran take 2nd turn so it's not stacking. it only stacking if he RNL on his S2 where he gain extra stack of extra turn on his S2.
