This is a championship of Russia. You have to be a citizen of Russia if you want to participate in this championship. Federation: VFGS, you can easily find information about it.

@@Sarkartraining but there are some competitions, where sportsmen from different countries can also take part in. White Nights in Saint-Petersburg by VFGS, for example. Usually, this competition occuring in May.
