I have the Kwaiken Air in the cocobolo handle and the OTS... I really enjoy the blade styling, I might just have to get the OTF having watched this video, make the family complete.
I’ve evolved to like and/or appreciate most styles, including sleek designs. I picked up a SMKW exclusive Air, blacked out with red & black Lava carbon fiber. It matches up perfect with the SMKW exclusive PM2 blacked out with the same CF. 👍🤘👍
The Protech version is one I have to warn people about when they handle it - it fires out so aggressively that it has sprung right out of people’s hands if they don’t grip tightly. Nice historical background and video! BTW, I have appreciated your older sword reviews. We share appreciation for the Filipino Sansibar’s and they and others seem the inspiration for Elven LOTR weapons and maybe Orc’s too. How about a video on folding knives reminiscent of historic swords? The venerable Benchmade 710 reminds me of a Sansibar to a degree with its 4 inch recurve.

Quite a slim sleek design. I don't have any kwaiken knives but these are pretty cool. Great video 👍

My only kwaiken style knife is the hobak kwaiback But I really like the boker protech version. Maybe one day I'll pick one of them up
Pressure-relieving swedge, hmm, do I dare call it a “blood swedge”? 😂
Otf to me is my fav one I do have 14 Protech knives but I like the otf on the kwaiken it’s comparable to James Williams knives .

Good point, the handle is smooth and the spring is strong! Thanks for watching my old and new vids! 😁🗡️👍
It's not my style. But that's ok.
