*Shingo Nakamura's "Khafre" is a collaboration with his countryman, Kyohei Akagawa. The track features a dark, yet groovy bassline, from which a pensive atmosphere develops. As the "storyline" continues into the main break, the listener is transported back in time to the great Egyptian kingdom, ruled by the titular Fourth Dynasty pharoah. At this moment, we are met by a gorgeous piano theme, which seems to herald the vision of the Great Sphinx, carved during Khafre's reign.*

Could you all over at Silk Music somehow get an interview with Mr. Nakamura? I'm interested in what inspires his music. I'm awe struck every time I hear one of his tracks for the first time!
Thanks for your support, Carlo -- would be great if you could interview him someday.
Haha wouldn't that be awesome! :)
I second this!!! He has quickly become one of my favorite music makers, and I would love to hear him speak!

It is a big shame for me that they didn’t change the main melody. My brain was waiting for it for whole song. Is there any remixes of it?
Yes, here is a remix of it by Not Okay: www.beatport.com/track/khafre-not-okay-remix/4155428
