@@kintakintyea Thanks Gordon, I couldn’t believe it myself. It’s amazing how a little bit of change in wind direction and a bit of onshore surf switches the cod onto feeding on the beach. There was plenty of food for them as I had two shrimp on the grip wires of the lead.
@ Great stuff, that was interesting the shrimp on yer grip wires, I often see shrimp with my waterwolf camera hanging ontae the bait on sandy beaches, tight lines Douglas 🎣🐟🐟🐟
Hi Douglas. I feel glad for both you and Steve to see that your trip went so well. Just that little bit of challenge and adversity when we climb cliffs, hang out on beaches at night and wade close to our tops is perhaps enough to teach us about the confidence that comes with self reliance and independence, but also the value of kindness and friendliness. I actually feel very proud of the fishing community in the UK. Our social media interactions have not been polluted by nonsense and acrimony. And we are a very large community. Let's take our wins where we can find them. I'll sithi after! Dave.

Cheers Joseph, soup was awesome, just what you need after a day on the rocks before a night beach session, it warms the cockles and raised our spirits. Thanks for commenting buddy👍
