You wont believe this 65g of proteins. Adds 3 scoops of 20g of protein each
hahaaahaaa I thought the same
tofu has more than 5grams of protein. And the protein powder she uses is trash its not a protein powder if the protein is the most dominant calorie source in this case it's fifty fifty.
Tofu has protein too not just the powder 😂😂😂
Tofu also has protein, try again
Also consider that a serving size may be 2 scoops that yield 20 grams for the protein powder she’s using
This is more like a pudding or custard (minus the eggs), really. Mousse has a lot of air whipped into it, so it's much more light and airy with lots of tiny bubbles. But it definitely still looks tasty!
Let her cook
@@behjadyasar they were just explaining what they thought, they didn’t even do it in a rude way
@@noratracey2572 facts, I was legit gonna comment the same thing! It’s a fluffy or light pudding but not a mousse lol
@@sady1139 yes!
@@behjadyasar lmfao no 💀
Instead of dense tofu, you should try it with soft tofu or soft japanese tofu, they taste much better
Is that the same as silken tofu? That‘s what I‘d have thought of.
Yes, I can recommend!
Less protein though
Eating healthy is honestly so expensive, I bought my groceries for week 1, I got no clue how I'm gonna afford the groceries for the 3 weeks thereafter lol
Balance is key 🔑 don't completely stop eating other stuff just add more greens & fruits to your diet lol
You’re clearly doing it absolutely wrong then or don’t live in a good place
If you’re not plant based: eggs, sardines, tuna are great for protein snacks. If you want sweets, you can have protein pancakes (oats, banana, egg, sweetener of choice and flavoring of choice) or fruits are great too. Also, you can eat “non healthy” foods too, sporadically. I know there’s a lot of expensive cool stuff online, but eating healthy doesn’t have to look like the aesthetically pleasing online version :) I wish you lots of luck
@@tativizca4687 That’s the issue I feel a lot of people face these days. They see crazy videos online of people using a bunch of outright unnecessary gadgets that cost hundreds of dollars to make meals, but you don’t need any of them.
Rice, beans, broccoli and carrots. A 100% fully complete meal. The rice and beans create a complete carbohydrate and the beans also have a good amount of protein. The broccoli and carrots will also give you a good amount of vitamins and nutrients. 20 lbs of rice of like $15 bucks which will last you a solid 4-5 months depending on how often your eating.
20 lbs of uncooked rice equals 320 ounces, divided by 8 ounces for 1 cup, that’s 40 total 1 cup servings. However, that’s uncooked rice, so after it expands 1 cup uncooked will create 4-5 servings of cooked rice.
4 servings per 1 cup uncooked rice, that actually ends up being closer to 160 servings of cooked rice for a 20 lbs bag, so you could easily make 20 lbs of rice last half a year if you’re eating it every other day.
Protein powder is way less expensive online! You can just add scoop in your snacks like with shakers, oatmeal, yogurt, cakes, pancakes.
How does this smoothie got so much protein?
I put PROTEIN POWDER.
And tofu
😂 Shocked
3 scoops of 20 g protein powder = 60 g protein 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

Yeah, I can't believe something that's made almost entirely out of protein powder has a lot of proteins. 😂
3 scoops is only 30 grams.

That looks divine.
Forgots to mention the 100 grams of sugar
I’m literally thinking those calories are crazy
@@MsMiniDope Exactly, i want to try recreating with a serving size of tofu
It's a dessert, plus you can use 0 added sugar maple syrup instead that'll massively cut down on sugar but it's not like you have to make it. 🤷
None of those ingredients have anywhere near that much sugar in them (maybe slightly in the protein powder), and you can always get low cal syrup
@@ASOT666😂you have zero idea what you are talking about
Do you know how many cals?
Yummy looks delicious
Just amazing! it looks so good😊
I might just go ahead and do this today. Thank you. It was either this or Ma Po tofu and I need the chocolate!
I make something similar myself, without the syrop though, (I add some soy youghurt for consistecy and stevia for sweetness), but I freeze it to make an ice cream. It's really tasty, for me are two servings.
Edit: soy milk, not youghurt
*syrup *yogurt
You could use any vegan or preferred protein powder not just this one..?
That looks delicious
OMG looks sooooo easy and healthy... thanks a lot ❣️❤️❣️❤️❣️❤️❣️❤️❣️❤️❣️
Nothing can convince me that plant protein can actually taste nice.
From the protein powder
20g of protein per serving. The serving size is 2 scoops.
So 3 scoops is equal to 30 grams protein.
Wow...this looks really good... Now i know more ways to est my protein powder and tofu 🌱💚

Could we swap out the flavours for vanilla mousse?

Probably does but you'll probably need to add a sweetener like honey
It might look good, but how does it taste? Someone Make it and let us know.
This is amazing
1 block of tofu = 36 grams of protein
3 scoops protein powder = 60 grams protein
36+60 = 96
96 > 65
3 scoops is only 30 grams.
I would love to do this recipe but I’m a man and tofu is said to raise estrogen levels is there an alternative?
This looks good but a small tofu here alone cost $13-16 here and the protein powder is expensive 😞
LOL. THIS IS GONNA MAKE MY ADDICTION TO TOFU EVEN WORSE!!!
*Even better ;)
For those who don’t want to use tofu, coconut whipping cream is even better
Does this have a distinct tofu or savory flavor? Or does it just taste like chocolate?
It looks divine btw 😊
Tofu has a bean flavour to it but it isn’t really salty nor sweet. Although it’s seen more in savoury dishes but you can imagine tofu as a blank canvas that you can do whatever with!
Why would it be savory? Tofu is neutral in flavor and is only sweet or savory based upon what other foods we add to it...
@@gritmakaveli what I mean is that it’s seen more in savoury dishes instead of sweet stuff like cakes or cookies
@Ivy Thewlis not really. There's a million ways to use tofu in desserts. Just bc you don't know about it doesn't mean it doesn't exist. I didn't know about it before either. There's tons of creamy recipes using tofu as a base, firm or silken and all types for a long time.
Like I said, tofu takes on the flavors of whatever you add to it. I've eaten it cold from the package. There's no detectable flavor that isn't easily covered with additional ingredients.
@@gritmakaveli I wouldn't know because I've never had it. That's why I asked.
Yes protein is healthy and crucial for our bodies but please don’t go overboard with it. Stay safe and healthy
I so enjoy your content and creativity. Ordering your book!!!
Is there a reason you used medium firm and not silken?
I se tofu a lot in my recipe my opinion firm or silken not much of a difference.
It has a higher protein content and I find it creamier :)
Can someone write down the quantity of the ingredients? I can't find it.

Any food is high in protein especially if you put protein powder in it
is this digestible to take so much protein in one go ???
How much calories though?
This looks lovely! Can the protein powder be substituted for anything else?😊
Raw cacao powder or cocoa powder, add more of your sweetener of choice (agave/maple) because the protein powder is already sweetened just plain cocoa powder isn’t so it’ll be bitter without extra sugar if you’re subbing it for the protein mix. Also since you’re taking the protein powder out it might be less fluffy so you can add an avocado in the blender or whipped aquafaba at the end (or both for maximum light and airy texture)
