As a cook and a knife guy watching early minutes of this video was like a heavy punch in my stomach, I got biased against you but kept watching and checking on my decades of knives memories I have to admit that you are right Sir. Thank you for teaching me 🇮🇷🔪

Thanks so much for this note. I’ve received a lot of grief in my life over this one point.

So happy to see you posting another video my friend! The wisdom of your experience shows throughout this video on kitchen knife tips. I was always taught to believe that one must use sharp knives to avoid injury, but you have blown that belief out of the water. I hope you and your family had a wonderful Christmas, and also that you enjoy a happy new year.

So happy to hear from you again mrbr. We have been getting much older but are in relatively good health - thanks be to God. How have you been? Hope you and your family have a healthy and prosperous new year.

I love seeing your videos. All of them are educational. Your knife should only be as sharp as it needs to be to cut the foods that they need to cut. Serrated knives do the trick for tricky foods such as tomatoes and meats easier than sharp flat bladed knives. When I need a knife for cooking, I use a very large one do that you can guide your fingers better.
