How HDFC Bank manipulating customer CIBIL Score intentionally...
Unlike others bank HDFC Bank not sending customer's full Credit card limit to Credit bureaus or CIBIL. But it is one of the top most important thing to make proper Credit score. Because it helps to calculate Credit utilization rate which has highest impact in Credit score. As CIBIL not getting Credit limit they are calculating Till now highest credit utilization as Credit limit. So customer credit utilization will be always very much higher than actual. Sometimes may be 100% also.
I have emailed them but they are not agree to send it. Normally answering: "our bank don't send it".
BUT THIS IS ILLEGAL. I am showing you how it is happening and what is the Negative Side For customers and Others Bank.
FOR EXAMPLE: One Customer Credit card has Rs.1,00,000 limit
His present Due amount: Rs.7,500.
Till now his highest utilisation amount is: Rs.10,000.
Now what will the RESULT:
1st: In others bank (SBI, ICICI,Axis Bank etc)
His credit utilization rate: 7.5 % which is not only good it is excellent to build excellent Credit score.
2nd: In HDFC Bank case
His credit utilization rate: 75% which is not only bad it will ruined his Credit score. As below 30% utilization is always recommend to build good Credit score. Where his original utilization rate is 7.5% only but here HDFC bank very cleverly making it 10× higher. And he is becoming a customer who is Over dependent on Credit. But actually he is not this.
Now telling you How and Why they are doing this:
Because if they don't send full credit limit to Credit bureau by default bureau calculate till now your highest credit utilization amount as Card limit. So his utilization rate will be always greater than the actual. Which is INJUSTICE. Because it will decrease his credit score even after making 100% on time payment. As per credit bureau he will be treated as Over dependent on credit for your fake high utilization rate.
So other banks will not be able to take right decision to give you loan because of your poor credit score although you are a very good customer. But at the same time HDFC only knows your full customer details. So this bank will say I can give you loan no problem. But as your Credit score is low so you have to pay higher interest rate. This is very illegal policy.

Bro...some corrections... If you have 1 axis card let consider 1lac amount for Flipkart axis card...and if you want another card as axis ace card...in this case , axis Bank will give same amount as 1lac.....but trick is that, you will get overall 1lac , you can use any card to use that amount....but you will not get 2lac here.

All banks fallow the same rule
Except SBI, They provide you different cards with different limits

Call customer suuport and ask them for upgrade option to Ace sayad mil jaye. Limit to apke case me bhi shared hi rehni hai.

Baki apke paas koi card ni hai Axis ka to bhi ban sakta hai Agent k through Manual application process k jariye. Bank abhi first stage pe dene se mana kr rhi hai as ye best card hai unka abhi ka time sirf 500 yearly charge k sath.
Kitna purana Card rahne pe upgrade hogya
3 mahine old bhi ho to chalega. Waise kuch logo ke 1 mahine me bhi upgrade kiye hai

Please clarify, If both the card share the same limit and one person spend 2 lakh from ACE card and 50K from flipkart card. In this scenario Whether charges will be waived off on both card or only on Ace card.
I mean to say that each card has annual fee waiver policy on spending 2 lakh per annum. But in above situation one individual spend 2 lakh from Ace card but did not spend 2 lakh from flipkart card. So how can it will be waived?
No Each card spent should reach 2 lakh or more in a year to get yearly charges reverse. In your case only Ace will get waived off but on fk axis need to pay 500+90 gst

No lifetime free. Jo card upgrade me le rhe hai uska jo charges hai wo lagega. Jaise mujhe FLipkart axis me bhi 500 ka charge and Axis ace me bhi 500 ka charge lagega. Ha agar 1 saal me 2 lakh ka kharch kr deta hu to fir ni lagega charge

Axis ka thoda late aata hai email pe statement. Mere case me bhi 15 ko bill generate hota hai to usually 18 ko mail pe aat hai statement
