Always wondered on hard mode how he was able to do all the special moves without holding the button for him like we had to it amazed me how good he was on the highest difficult level the headbut last forever
Haha yes! Balrog without the input delay is an absolute beast, if they let players control him the way the CPU did he would be the only character people would go for at competitions.
