Please someone correct me if I’m wrong though as I didn’t read into so much detail. I believe it also includes in-person classes since training includes dance lessons. Each trainee is also provided support by their own manager.
Please subscribe to the official ANYCOLOR Virtual Talent Academy channel that’s linked at the end of the video or in the description box. They don’t have individual channels yet since they’re still in training! Once they finish the program and if they’re deemed as being good enough, they will then potentially debut as a proper vtuber with NIJISANJI.

It's like a Vtuber training program where the students have a chance to debut with NIJISANJI. I think the training for the first batch of students ended - 3 have debuted and their videos on the VTA channel taken down. No word so far on if any others will be debuting, but I anticipate that some more may, especially since none of the guys have yet. They held auditions a couple of months back for the 2nd batch of students so I expect them to start on the VTA channel in the coming months :)
Unfortunately, no. Registration form itself is in Japanese and requires you to input a Japanese address, as well as attend some lectures and lessons in person. You’d also be streaming to a Japanese audience as part of training so it’d infeasible if you didn’t speak Japanese. Fingers crossed they open an English version of VTA :)
