check mujula's water well it hs goodies, also in the forest of giants there is still a boss you should fight, use the soldier key on a door thats is in the "atomic bomb" room.
by the way, you SHOULD use summons in this game there are certain npc summons like Bashful Ray that actually do things, for example Ray will pull out binoculars in certain parts of the areas you can summon him in and he aims them at an item or important area that you should go to
@@nutnuttty this game also has a Coop Challenges per DLC that are balanced around playing as a group of people. They have an increased summoning limit, allow you to summon players that don't even own the DLC and grant special item drops during coop. Frigid Outskirts is one of them, which is why it's so hated by solo purists.
If you find a wood door and it locked attack it if it shake it brakes just don't do that to the chests or the item inside becomes garbage there are also doors if you hit it a hollow from inside will open it for you
If you go to dragon riders arena, fight the two enemies guarding the entrance. The white knight is guarding a chest with a ring that will help you A LOT on your first run
I just wanted to say thank you for all the great entertainment you give us for free :) and hope you going to play darksouls 3 and bloodborn and the rest souls games are just so painful und wonderful at the same time and really entertaining to watch
As I'm currently playing this myself for the first time, I already found areas in your video that I had completely forgotten about hahah Gotta go back and check those out!
Make sure to properly explore the Forest of the fallen giants, it's a big area. I highly recommend you come back to Heide's tower and open a specific chest you missed to get a VERY useful ring. Buy the key that the old lady is selling. Some keys can be used in multiple places. If you want to make progress on NPCs questlines or have more NPCs come to Majula always make sure to exaust their dialogue, and some NPC questlines require you to use their summons for boss fights but keep in mind that if you defeat a boss after a summon has died they won't come back for future summons, so it's recommended to let the boss kill you and try again if a summon dies. Holding the run/roll button while going up or down the ladders will make you go faster, if you simply press the button like in DS1 you'll jump out of it instead.
@@nutnuttty You'll simply not progress in their questline in that case, most of these quests rewards are just there so that you get access to their unique armor set, for example, if you had summoned Pate in your fight against the last giant (and made sure he survived the ordeal), he would then reward you with his set the next time you met him, so it's up to you if you're planning on getting all the armor sets in the game or just want a specific one from any of the summonable NPCs. Another advice that I forgot in my previous comment, explore Majula a little bit more, there's some NPCs that you haven't met yet in there that can sell you some stuff, one might even sell you something to help you get down that hole in the middle of the area (although I wouldn't recommend bothering yourself with that place this early in the game, just something to keep in mind for the future).
the editing gets me every time. thiis gon b guuuuuuuuud hoping for more EPIC visual spectacle montage movies like you had in the beginning of some ds1 vids good luck and keep moving 😎😎
Just a few more back seat things people have missed. If a well has rock on it, knock the rock down the well for an item. There are illusory walls in this game, but you don’t hit them, you hit x in front of them to open them
7:12 the tree is one of the giant's corpse become one with the nature These hollows were likely once soldiers who fought in the war against the Giants, and now, trapped in a state of undeath, they are left without purpose, endlessly attacking the corpses of their former enemies you can also use them is huge number of hollows following you lead them to the tree
I see you discovered Chibidoki... My condolences (she funny af tho). I'd definitely recommend using NPC summons in this game. More than any other game in the series, DS2 summons, especially for NPCs you've spoken to, progress storylines if they're summoned for and survive a number of boss fights, with decent rewards at the end.
@@nutnuttty I'd say so. One particular NPC had a story that tugged at my heartstrings, rewards the best drip in the game, plus a greatsword with an entirely new moveset. You'll see when you meet 'em.
Shit good one had fun just an reminder you should read item description cause that ring breaks after certain deaths counts save it for a boss fight in my opinion
Cardinal tower bonfire. Go out the door you came in to find the bonfire(like you are walking back to majula). Look over the edge. The noise that you heard through the hole in the wall is a monster down below in a cave. When you drop down the wood scaffolding to the ground you can get the fire longsword in that cave. Much better moveset and damage than that mace. You gotta start looking around and over edges my guy 😂 hiding things over edges or under things is a staple mechanic. Edit: I have the original version of the game. Some enemy and item placement is different. Hope the sword is still there.
@@nutnuttty hell yea! Hope you enjoy it. Noticed the mace is actually badass damage wise watching some of Zannys content. I just don't like the moveset very much. Keep up the great content. Wife and I are watching the hollow knight content now while we wait for your next DS2 upload.
@@nutnuttty that's a rabbit hole for another day 😂 Such a goated game, though its a lotttttt longer than the the other entries in the souls series. Highly recommend doing all bosses + DLC and even if you don't record it for content purposes, do atleast one NG+ playthrough on your own time. Its the only game in the series that has any significant changes in NG+
Ok so emit force was kinda good for a while, until it got nerfed, a lot of good shit was really good, until it got nerfed, now there’s only like 5-15 things that are actually good, depends on differentiating opinions.
hello there nutnutty! im not giving any tips today because im feeling a little bit down today so im sorry if i cant im just super sad thank you goodbye❤❤
First of all it's gonna get a lot worse than it is now. Also go talk to the creepy lady in the cardinal tower and exhaust her dialogue and get the key that she sells it's gonna improve so much your quality of life also explore the building and in general majula, lastly outside of the dragonrider boss arena there's a chest go grab and read the item that it gives you it's gonna be a really big help.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinions. I personally think both are awesome but also have their own flaws. DS2 has a wonderful world layout and really unique ideas but that's for better and worse, enemy placements are kinda crazy, but still an overall good game. DS3 has some of the best bosses and the pace of the combat is perfect, but the world layout is way too linear and the areas feel like a mess of ideas rather than a coherent world. There is a lore reason for it but I don't think that excuses it.
any version of goblinette is a smash espesialy her fully hollowed one
😼
On everyone soul INCLUDING nutttys
if you exhaust the npc's dialogues they will arrive at majula, if not you have to kill the boss in the area
