As a suburb the Golden Triangle area desperately needs an urban core area to go for meeting, dining and entertainment and UTC has done a good job of servicing as an urban core for the area.

I’m probably a little bias as we love San Diego. It will be more expensive then Boca though… Florida you deal with the humidity and bugs more…the water is warmer in Florida though…pros and cons to both
