The real challenge isnt the high tour beating Wave 666 with a randomized loadout, its beating it with a team of random players. The loadout you got was an absolutely normal one that works well for Spy. The only real issue would have been the tanks and maybe crowd control but thats an issue left to whatever team you are stuck with.
Since you asked here is a few tips on spy wave 666 : Firstly you are a big robot destroyer, medic deny and distraction (money collector if scout is not around/dead too). Your main job is not killing normal bots other classes do it much better(engi, demo, soldier). Recommended weapon build is diamondback/le'tranger any sapper(not tape recorder) stock/big earner Recommended upgrades are max sapper, knife stab speed max, armor pen max, rest is up to preferences. During tank waves distract bots from reaching your team. After like half of wave 666 most next subwaves will have mostly normal bots(it begins with crit huntsman I think), during this try to sap as often as possible (but watch out for aggro), and collect money (scout will have a hard time because of incredible projectile spam) And I think that's it, most of the knowledge is fluid/depended on situationz but if any questions just type below
