Great video Carey, I'm in the trial period of Monday and I like it a lot. Thanks for inspiring me using a Task manager tool

Great lifehack method. Since I started working remotely, my manager let me use the Connecteam app. I think Asana and it are alike.

    Good video.
I currently use Trello. Well I have Trello but haven’t really learnt the ins and outs of the program to best suit my needs. Time or some education.

Great video. Currently using pen and paper (Yes I know), so perhaps I should give serious consideration to Asana or one of the alternatives

We love pen & paper too! But online task managers are the BOMB - trust me, you're going to love!

Ok, so. I am trying to figure out whether using asana would help me. Reading your book winning the week really helped me with my productivity and planning… Not to say that I have followed through on everything perfectly, but when I have it is brought me clarity and been greatly helpful.
I am a Catholic priest in charge of a relatively large parish in Philadelphia with big Hispanic and Brazilian populations. I’m trying to learn as much as I can and make use of good resources to use my time better and to make progress towards a number of goals here. Our team is small , and I am currently building the team. At present communication is a real weak point for us. I am wondering if Asana would be useful to me whether I should start with a free version or just go for the paid?
My job is a little different from your standard entrepreneur, and yet much of what I do is business related, and I do work with teams and groups. Let me know, if you have time what you think honestly might help me.

I think Asana could be a great resource! We use it for business and personal tasks, and it's easily tailored to fit what you need. Start with the free, unless you're a large business with tons of employees and teams you won't need what the paid offers.

The link for Free Masterclass does not work. It takes me to Page Not Found. If I copy/paste it works.

Thanks for the heads up Eugene! Glad you got it to work. Here's a direct link to the masterclass page as well :)

Great video! This is my question. For tasks that do not regenerate on the scheduled recurring day, how do you know what you will have due on that day? For example. If every Tuesday I have to "edit a video", I will only see the task "edit video" on this upcoming Tuesday. I will not see it regenerate in the following Tuesday unless I select that the task is complete. What if someone is trying to schedule an event with me for 4 Tuesdays from now. How can I SEE all the "Tuesday To-do's" in one place? Or is that not a feature in Asana?

Great question! This is not currently a feature in Asana. It shows you the next recurring task but not all of them in the future.

The Nourish Center: For a regular recurring task like that, I’d block a recurring appointment in my calendar as well, so that I make sure I keep the time free.

Nice video. Is this video sponsored by Asana, or some unbiased advice you're sharing?

I really want to use a task management tool but don’t just want a tool that just has a fancy way of recording tasks.
I work in training management and we deliver workshops and sometimes we have small projects.
Does Asana have the facility to manage projects, with multiple milestones/goals with each milestone/goal having multiple tasks.
Does it have ggant charts etc?

And also I live in Australia and the cost of your Asana course is expensive when you factor in exchange rates, any chance you are able to provide a discount?

I'm a one man show in terms of work and diary/ tasks. Money s not the issue, but pls tell me why?if? I should use Asana Vs Google calendar and task list? Ty so much

One of my favorite things about Asana is that it makes tracking projects step by step easy, while also keeping an eye on big picture. I find that harder to do with just a calendar/to-do list. But if your system you're using right now is working for you, keep working it!
