Thanks man. It’s blowing my mind. Plus someone comment already they have had one of these for 4 years. They are not cheap but a cooler plus the time energy and ice for 4 years adds up. If this thing just works … I mean. Do i Need it … no… but the convenience makes it a very useful luxury
I have have one just like it. It's great for going across the country. My car outlet goes off when you shut the car is shut off . but it will hold temperature good for about 1 hour. It's at 38 when shut off and 1 hour later in a 90 degree car it will go up to around 42-43 degrees. At night at hotel I bought a little cart to wheel it into the hotel and plug it into their outlet. Just saying I love it
Thanks man! I am glad you dig it and I really appreciate the support. you make a good point... i sent them an email they did not send me a code or offer or even a link... but I ll see if they will give one out.
i am mostly with you... i would never buy a 200 dollar cooler... but... if I were the type to consider a good cooler...given all the options around that price for a vanlife, camping, or road trips... this seems way better. and to me its way more cost effective and more versatile then building one into your van And personally, with no cars with air conditioning... its a surprising luxury
if you leave it in the shop over night still on it's cool for the morning the when you finish your day back in the shop clean done ready for the next day's shenanigan's
I mean, absolutely into me. Plugging it in as a whole lot. More convenient than having to go for a nice run again. It’s also the right size for me to pack up and take over the abandon property and work. Because I don’t have nor do I need a refrigerator at this point over there
trick is put half gallon of milk and few liquid beverages to maintian temp the eco mode setting and low mode my bouge rv for 4 years now still working the same
where have i been?!? thanks for the advice . between doing my van last summer and the power tour this would have been worth it. the only car fridges i knew of were the big built in ones or the expensive propane powered rv ones
if you pair this with your solar generator it's will last forever for free, you can either plug your solar generator in to your vehicle, or solar, to charge it, and even without charging, your solar generator will power it for days. Just plug the 12v in to your generator. i have a couple (different brand) and use them for "dry" camping, the convenience is just fantastic.
thats the thing, i have been living under a rock, i am genuinely excited about the new stuff that is out... its so much simpler and better than the older deep cycle systems for adding power to a van like mine
@@betweenthesharksgarage Yeah 100%, no more expensive and weeks long wiring on new builds, no more buying everything 3-4 times for different locations/applications, just toss a couple solar panels on the roof and you have free power forever.
So. My cigarette lighter turns off with the ignition. But. You can set it to auto shut off when your your battery hits a certain voltage. You can set it to shut off at 12.5 11.4 or 9.6v So that’s a kinda cool
I hear you, and appreciate the feedback. I would hope these items would be directly relevant to anyone that was interested in the series I did on my van, or the power tour because they are upgrades... I suppose there have been plenty of other tools and gadgets along the way that i have featured on the channel like the evolution saw, the ryobi tire inflator, the 4 post lift, that I purchased and were not sent to me that I thought would be interesting to the people that like the same kind of projects I do. but like i said thanks for the feedback i ll keep it in mind
@@Selworld71 thanks man... there is so much coming up on that I am doing all the work over there myself so there will be endless videos of that struggle soon
You're 100% spot on, that is exactly why I don't use a cooler. The ice, the water, the packing and unpacking. Nice review, man.

It's good to see you getting the attention of manufacturers. You are having an impact. Classy making a comeback!

It seems great. It’s awesome to hear another review. I didn’t know these existed. I have it in the van today
a van is probably the best thing we ever invented so many jobs depend on it
Interesting they sent you one to review but no coupon code or offer? But Amazon has them reduced right now. Really like your channel! 🙂

Good review.
Pretty cool product (no pun intended) but for my needs I’d have trouble justifying the cost. Good to see you getting some sponsorships though!

Is a thermoelectric cooler or a refrigerator with a compressor? What's the model number?
It’s got a compressor this one is the crpro 30qt model
I wonder gow fast it takes to kill ur car battery once u shut off the vehicle

11.4 and 9.6 is a dead battery.
12.5 is about 80%
12.8 is full
13-14 is when your car is on
@@JiffyMcpop-ps3he sure, but if you are running an deep cycle system in a van, boat, or rv its a pretty good feature
I get it that companies send you free stuff. Just wish you could put it on maybe a second channel.
