One of the things I've been observing while working on these with physical mediums is how often the physical attributes of myself and tools often get in the way of rigidity in application to geometry. Following the steps to the best of my abilities, even on grid paper, the vertices still get wonky. One thing I noticed is that the size of the circle definitely plays a part.

The polygon with 11 sides cannot be regular because 11 is not a divisor for 360. The first 10 sides will be equal, and the eleventh will be smaller than the other 10

Would you please tell me the rules for labeling points. First point "A" second poinr "P". 15 leter difference. Second point set Q and R only have a difference of one.. From A to R ,17 letter difference. Is it random or is there a rule. After about 3 or 4 days I see how far I can reproduce your lesson from memory. I rember alot more steps but very few lable points.

Is it possible to do a circle with 33 sides?

no that would be a trisection of this construction which is impossible with euclidian constructions
