Very interesting workflow Glen! I’ve personally done all of my Nomad sculpting in PBR mode, but after seeing your technique it seems it could be a speedier way to achieve a particular result without painting the model. Keep these coming, can’t wait to see Part 2!
This might help dummies like me. I was frustrated when matcaps did not appear under the Paint icon, after I had faithfully done all the things Glen had said to place the new matcap in the Nomad Matcap folder. I tried it several times. I now know you have to switch to MatCap in the Shadings icon, not the PBR. Then it works!

Android tablets are cheaper, but ‘better value’ is incorrect in my opinion, if both are an option then getting a Galaxy Tab to save a bit of cash would demonstrate false economy. I’m PC and Android all the way for most things, but iPad is absolutely the best tablet for both art and music production. Apple just beats Android hands down and across the board for workflow, accessibility, overall UX quality and app choice. Not a fanboy, my last 5 phones have all been Samsung and I never expected to buy another Apple device. 🙂
@@xabua because there’s more good apps, android has a lottttt of garbage in its store. Besides procreate is iPad exclusive, who wants to use ibis x 😂 or “medibang” pls

Can i make a matcap using hipaint or any other painting program. Or does it have to be procreate.

Download and look in your folder. Move them to Nomad in a file to access.

Most iOS apps are paid, iOS centres basically on money. The value is usually hyped up
