Bro All applied sciences universities generally are smaller than other universities & technical universities (e.g. TU Berlin, TU Munich, University of Oldenburg, University of Stuttgart etc), so area wise these type of universities don't depend on city therefore the Library is small.

Yes, it's possible, but it depends on what your course is, and your experience, motivation letter, and IELTS all matter. However, a 3.1 GPA is good, and you have a good chance.

Apply to as many universities as possible. I don’t know the minimum requirements for this HIS course. But if the requirements are met, just go ahead and apply otherwise application will not be considered.
