Cool Runnings quotes used almost daily: “Feel the rhythm, feel the rhyme, get on up, it’s bobsled time!” “Sanka, ya dead? Ya man.” “Wanna kiss my lucky egg?” “Sanka, what ya smokin? I’m not smokin, I’m freezin!”

I just found your channel a couple of days ago when I watched your video about Lazar because I want to shift to crossfit in 2025. and I was looking into ordering some Podium stuff and I saw you have a sale on Jan 1st. Can't wait to switch to cf and try some Podium. Keep up the great work!😊

If the brake person isn’t folded enough they increase drag… however what’s also critical is center of mass. The more they fold and lower they get the lower the center of gravity is. That’s key to not flipping on turns. Yes the difference in CG might only be an inch or so but it’s key. Not saying that is why they crashed but that the position is important for a few reasons. The driver talked about adding weight which I’m curious about. If the added weight is on the floor then you’d almost want to add weight because it’s way lower than a person could fold. Ie 25lb plate better than a person who weighs 25lbs more. Would love for someone to go into the physics of going 80mph and taking turns because I don’t know anything about it but it appears to be very complex. I assume you want shorter people vs taller?
