Yep ...with what they spend in jewlery they could use to buy a few houses and grow income that way bot saying dont splurge on ya self but invest smarter not flashy..I'm broke broke no where near rich or a celebrity but I have a great investment in 2 homes though..best decision I could've ever made ..I now have my boys at 22 and 20 no kids, excellent credit, investing at a younger age than when I started so when they do have kids they are well off as long as they keep up the momentum and stay focused they will continue to create generational wealth!
