First respect one India policy i.e. vacate Aksai Chin, tell Pakistan to vacate PoK (ultimately they will), Free Tibet, Rename recently named Chinese names of Arunachal Pradesh back to Indian names, Pay Tax to India / Tibet for using our lands for CPEC. Your citizens are already facing difficulties in Pakistan. India will stop the 200Bn trade deficit in the event of a war. The only country in the world that can hurt China where it hurts most is India, and rest of the world knows that.
Complete all of the above and then come to talks with India.
