I’ve just realized that I have a emotional and psychological reaction to your intros. It sound dramatic, but it’s true - I find comfort in your videos in this time of insanity. Thank you.
Robert we have alot in common all the music I directed a salsa and rock band I too play keyboard guitar bass trumpet percussion...and I sing a little ....lol when I grow up I wanna traval like you too good stuff my friend I'm impressed we actually played alot of the same music I also directed a bachata band ...well this days are over but it was fun thanks for taking me back there
Thank you for your wonderful videos. You capture the essence of these places. Great cinematography and music. I like how you are yourself. Looking forward to more videos. 😀
I really enjoy the longer videos. The views were so impressive along with your drone footage just amazing!! Thank you once again for making and sharing this great video. Stay safe and God Bless~
Thank you, thank you for your excellent choice of music! So very classy and enjoyable, rather than the noise pretending to be "music" on so many RUclips videos. I just discovered your channel and your videos are terrific.
I live in Alabama, right on the GA/AL state line. I'm about a half hour from Providence Canyon. It's much too hot in GA in July to even think about not using your a/c. It's not just the heat, which can be in the mid-90's, but the crushing humidity as well, making if feel like it it's over 100 degrees. It will even stay at 80 or above at night, so you'd be pretty miserable trying to sleep without a/c. Florence Marina has a month long Oktoberfest, with the main even usually being the third ?Saturday in October. The have all kinds of "haunted" things, and the stuff on the trail is for the haunted hayride. I suspect late July is just when they were setting up for October. Some of the bigger things get left up all year since it's all done by volunteers. The campground itself is really nice, with riverside sites, clean restrooms, and a good camp store. The gators won't bother adults, but it's a good idea not to bring small children or pets on the riverside trails. Once you're away from the river, there are no worries about gators. The area that's now Providence Canyon was a big cotton growing area before the Civil War. The soft, sandy soil and abundant surface and subsurface water encouraged more farming, and a number of drainage and irrigation canals were built. Those eroded away, joining with the natural lateral drainage channels, caused what you see in the park today. The problem for the park the continuing erosion is collapsing the canyon was and, at some point in the far distant future, the canyon will erode away until it's just part the coastal plain. BTW, my dentist owns that brewery. There are many more canyons to hike in the park, but wait until fall and spring. Even winter is generally not bad, with highs near 50 and lows about 35. Summer is just too miserable for hiking in the Alabama /Georgia lowlands.
So many beautiful places to see all over Georgia! I am making notes Robert! Planning on traveling more when we purchase our RV! Thank you for sharing! 👍🤗🙏🏻
We visited DeSoto SP and Cloudland Canyon SP last October as part of our waterfall chasing vacation. Beautiful parks! If you haven’t already, put Fall Creek Falls SP and Rock Island SP in Tennessee and Gorges SP in North Carolina on your “Places to Visit” list. Rainbow and Turtleback Falls in Gorges SP were pretty awesome when we were there in November.
I grew up in TN. As a child, I remember seeing faded paintings on barns "See Rock City" If I'm not mistaken, it implied you could stand at an overlook and see 7 states. I think it was misleading. But, I'm 99% sure it said 7 states. We had a camper and visited Myrtle Beach each year. (and Linville Falls Campground in NC.) It took hours before the new highway was built going toward Asheville...best memories of my childhood.
Robert you can do a compilation of all the Florida videos showing the majority of the videos beginning with rain. Definitely, this video can promt for popcorn and movie snacks for an exceptional movie night with my wife.
Well done as usual Robert!! A friend and I just recently discovered your videos and although we live miles apart, we watch them together. We have truly enjoyed each one. I am always amazed by the excellent photography and blending of the music to fit the mood. There are so many places in the US that I'm not even aware of and you have enlightened me to add so many places to my bucket list. THANK YOU and God Bless you as you continue to travel and entertain so many with your great productions.
From your "home base" neighbor in Sunny Isles Beach, your videos are great. I will be semi-retiring in Sept, 2021 and want to slow-down a little to travel the back roads, parks and little towns. We are going to the Tampa RV show in a few days. Hopefully, our path will cross someday and I can thank you in person for teaching us the way to go! Keep up the great work Amigo! PS...you have me hooked on a drone, however Santa didn't bring it...but maybe Easter Bunny.
I did notice that I recall seeing some of this before but still enjoy watching. Especially on a cold Sunday! Thanks for all you do Robert. Always enjoy the videos. I saw one comment said they are too long but I have to disagree! Take care and see you on the road!!
I have been watching your travels. I was born and raised in Florida but I moved to NE Alabama when I was 22 and haven't looked back. I love it here. I live on the Marshall Co Al and Dekalb Co Al line. Please come back to Desoto park in the Fall when its rainy season and trees are changing as well as spring/early summer when the early rains begin. The waterfalls will be flowing then. Check out bucks pocket campground. Visit the canyon overlook there and check out the favorite kayaking spot at Morgan's Cove. Visit High Falls park area near Bucks Pocket and Morgan's Cove. There is beautiful waterfall and a old car bridge that has been turned into a walking bridge. Then get you a camping spot right on the Tennessee river at Lake Guntersville state park as you go to Lake Guntersville State Park you will go thru Town Creek which is absolutely beautiful in the fall. I have set right there a many of times just watching the sunsets. There is a beautiful lodge in the park with gorgeous views. The state park has hotel rooms, cabins and chalets. They have a great restaurant in the lodge or drive to downtown Guntersville which have great restaurants of your choice and they have a river walk that starts at Kiwanis pier. It is a very beautiful walk in the evening with the lights shimmering on the water. The state park has many trails but in my opinion the Catchinmine trail is the best. It has bridges beautiful rock formations. There is a small waterfall during the wet season. This trail is a former mining road. If you walk all the way to the end you are greeted with a beautiful mountain creek. Round trip on that one I believe is 5 miles. There are so many deer everywhere. They love to hang out at the campground in the state park. So if you want to be near the deer and the river get a camping spot at the state park. There are overlooks and beautiful views in the state park. Take a couple of days to really enjoy the State Park. Desoto is not great during summer. The waterfalls are not really as active. When we go thru our rainy seasons they come alive. Hopefully you will have a better trip up this way knowing the falls are more active in spring and fall. Gunterville dam is a great spot as well. They allow you inside which is awesome. Always call these places first they will tell you if water is flowing and leaves are changing. Have a blessed day. God bless
I enjoy your positive nature and sense of humor. You put so much into making your videos. So refreshing. I travel in my camper van exploring like yourself. Thank you for reviews on places to see and your good cooking too!!
Nice! I missed the providence canyon segment on the original video. Never been to Cloudland but Little River Canyon on the Alabama side of lookout mountain is one of my favorite places in the area. It's really pretty out there.
Robert I am binge watching your channel since I found it about two weeks ago. I am from Ga and had no knowledge of that canyon!! My hometown is Chatsworth, Ga where you can find the Chief Vann House. Now I live in Decatur Alabama, a suburb of Huntsville. I enjoyed watching your videos from Monte Sano. Thanks for sharing Sloppy Floyd State Park. We see that all the time going from our vacation home in Chatsworth Ga to our home in Decatur. We travel over Mentone frequently and I highly recommend the Mentone Market. We often stop there for lunch on our three hour trip.
We love your videos. If you are ever near Duluth Minnesota, you need to check out Gooseberry Falls about 30-40 miles north. It is beautiful country around Lake Superior.
I'm so glad I found your channel, watching all your videos, just went to Keys from Atlanta with my family in my rav4, 2020 I don't have a RV yet but will get one future. Love you videos👍👍👍👏👏👏
I just found Robert on Amazon the 2019 tour of USA and my husband and I are reispired to get our travel trailer converted (both remote) with our two offices so we can hit the road in 2021. In meantime I'd like to post what's in our local area which means we need gear. Can't wait to share.
So amazing 🤗 reminds me of where I grew up in the foothills of Northern California. Now I live in the flatlands of Southern Idaho. You came through our area a couple years ago, when you drove through Idaho. I love your videos, you do some amazing work. Thank you for sharing your travels with all of us. Cheer's 🍸
Yes it was a very nice camp ground. This place is nice also. When you said what is that.. it was dog poop bags. Yes it remines me of Arizona the red canyon look. The lake with the duck is so beautiful.
Yet again a brilliant stream and brilliant photography Robert you are so lucky to have all of these beautiful places on your doorstep I live in England we do have some lovely places but not like you have love 💕 you to bits keep up the good work and love to you and your family Xxx
Enjoyed coming along on your hike through the Providence Canyon area in Georgia. You captured some really colorful scenic viewpoints. 🐝 The unique insect you brushed off your camper is a “walking stick”. I saw one in Virginia several years ago on a white wall in the campground laundry room. I seem to recall seeing them as a child growing up in southern Jersey. Had you taken a close up shot you’d have seen a strange looking head with big eyes and a pincher like mouth, if I remember correctly.
Have you ever thought about getting a bicycle? Not road bike but a bicycle that you could ride around the parks and on some of the trails that you take? We have enjoyed a brief stay in Alabama at the state park RV campground at Lake Eufala in Eufala, Alabama. The lake has very large alligators so not a swim beach place. There is a national wildlife refuge nearby but I did not see many birds there at all. The town is small and quaint. It is right on the border with Georgia. The state park was empty but lovely.
Saludos Robert desde puertorico Lajas ,those parks are very nice and it does look like you need to work out more lol but keep going its beautiful areas thankyou for taking us on your trips to the trails stay safe enjoy
I didn’t think this video was discombobulated, I enjoyed it would be the way I would travel the roads…I just found your channel and have enjoyed roaming the country with you and your wife. I feel like I’m in an IMAX with that camera on the camper, very serene and relaxing 🙋♀️😎🇺🇸

You should maybe find out about his bike cause he swears by it. Again love your videos. Glad Eddie can be with you now. We'll be watching. Thanks
Hello Robert, I'm new to subscribe to your channel. But I and my brother first discovered you two months, and watch more than 50 videos. You are a very inspirational person for travel. Fikre from NYC!
Great job my friend. As a surveyor, I love finding "survey monuments" and preserve them whenever I can. You learned the year is almost always stamped on the brass disk..... just think how much work it took to set that point. Your videos are captivating, entertaining and I've watched some of them over and over many times. Great work!!!
Luv you're videos.. your humor is outstanding. Keep up videos. Like them very much. I have just retired and have a similar truck and trailer. Going to travel to.
Man Georgia needs to come up to Columbia River Gorge and learn what a waterfall is🤣 I live in Washington State directly across the river from Multnomah Falls so all of these waterfalls are just cracking me up! Beautiful nonetheless.
We look forward to your videos every week. You're a great artist. Did you figure out the "privy" yet? It's not a term used very often. I had to chuckle. Keep up the beautiful work.
Thank you very much Robert, amazing woods and pathways,l noticed alot of bigfoot activity around the area you are hiking, you probably don't beleive Robert but please becareful and keep your eyes out for anything unusual, a beautiful place to stay at to, Stay Safe Robert and have Fun, 🌻💜🍷🍷🍺🍺🍀💙😊
@18:30 on the left side of the rock formation looks like a burried human skull. You can see the 2 indentations of the eyes and nose. Where someone engraved the heart is its left ear area.
Beautiful Lake area. I can't believe you went all the way to Chattanooga and didn't visit Ruby Falls, it's inside a cave, and more impressive than any of the others so far.
I'm really enjoying your videos, especially in Alabama. I see that you're an IPA fan like me, let me know when you're back in Alabama particularly in Birmingham and I can take you on a brewery tour. We're getting a reputation for our breweries. (Good People, Cahaba, Avondale, Backporch, etc)
After much effort on your part of hiking overall the waterfalls have not lived up to one’s anticipation. 💦 Definitely beautiful scenery though. I didn’t catch the name of that last waterfall but it was the humdinger of all.
im ridin , im ridin , in my RV ................. SUCH A JOVIAL SOUND i find myself singing it when i wake up in the morning AND then all of a sudden im IN A GOOD MOOD !!! thanks ROBERT you bring a smile to my wife and i face - avid watchers from south africa
I love going on these trips with you….I get to see things I never would get to see otherwise and all from my recliner. Thank you
The Georgia/Alabama video was amazing. Beautiful scenery. Keep them coming!
I’ve just realized that I have a emotional and psychological reaction to your intros. It sound dramatic, but it’s true - I find comfort in your videos in this time of insanity. Thank you.
Same, they always comfort me. Videos are legit

This is a great video, my wife and I have enjoyed it a number of times.
We love your videos. If you are ever near Duluth Minnesota, you need to check out Gooseberry Falls about 30-40 miles north. It is beautiful country around Lake Superior.
I love about 15 minutes from Duluth. You’re absolutely correct! The North Shore of Minnesota is beautiful!
I'm so glad I found your channel, watching all your videos, just went to Keys from Atlanta with my family in my rav4, 2020 I don't have a RV yet but will get one future. Love you videos👍👍👍👏👏👏

What a great documentary. Great job and keep them coming.
Enjoyed coming along on your hike through the Providence Canyon area in Georgia. You captured some really colorful scenic viewpoints. 🐝
The unique insect you brushed off your camper is a “walking stick”. I saw one in Virginia several years ago on a white wall in the campground laundry room. I seem to recall seeing them as a child growing up in southern Jersey. Had you taken a close up shot you’d have seen a strange looking head with big eyes and a pincher like mouth, if I remember correctly.
Love your shows..most of all your positively..your blessed!📿📿📿📿
Hi Mr. Robert, I kind of forgot about your channel, I missed your soothing voice.

The state park was empty but lovely.

so beautiful thanks robert
Love these trips! I’m house bound, and envy you! Keep them coming!
Beautiful scenery
Amazing place.
If you watch Jailbreak him and his Dad both were world class fighters and he got terribly bad out of shape, needed to loose about 45 pounds, nothing much was helping and he found out about this ebike that you have to pedal to make it work, or at least assist. Nice video. Those falls at CloudLand Canyon were running very low. They are a lot prettier when they are full.
very nice video. despite it being long, i watched it till the end. good continuation for a new video
Great job my friend. As a surveyor, I love finding "survey monuments" and preserve them whenever I can. Man Georgia needs to come up to Columbia River Gorge and learn what a waterfall is🤣 I live in Washington State directly across the river from Multnomah Falls so all of these waterfalls are just cracking me up! Beautiful nonetheless.
Nice scenery
The Cloudman Canyon is the area my husband grew up in, yet I’ve never seen it… I think he’s been hold out on me… lol 😂

Great vlog travel! Thanks for sharing.💖👍👆
@18:30 on the left side of the rock formation looks like a burried human skull. You can see the 2 indentations of the eyes and nose. Where someone engraved the heart is its left ear area.
Nice. Thank you for sharing
Beautiful Lake area. I can't believe you went all the way to Chattanooga and didn't visit Ruby Falls, it's inside a cave, and more impressive than any of the others so far.
I've been there before in a different trip... and will probably go again.
thanks for sharing your travels@@TravelingRobert
I like the KAO in the Hunters Creek neighborhood of Orlando…it’s by Kissimmee too
I'm really enjoying your videos, especially in Alabama. I see that you're an IPA fan like me, let me know when you're back in Alabama particularly in Birmingham and I can take you on a brewery tour. We're getting a reputation for our breweries. (Good People, Cahaba, Avondale, Backporch, etc)
After much effort on your part of hiking
overall the waterfalls have not lived up to one’s anticipation. 💦 Definitely beautiful scenery though. I didn’t catch the name of that last waterfall but it was the humdinger
of all.
