Great, thanks! I use Trello but I have as you mentioned several boards and constantly switch between them. Asana connected to my Google Workspace might be what I need. 👍
Great video, thank you for taking the time. Have made the decision to move from ClickUp which we have been using for a couple of months after watching this video and a couple of others - asana being just that much simpler/clearer. Interesting point for me here was seeing how you aligned exec level strategy/goals down to tasks on the ground, roll up you may have called it, I think probably achieved by assigning multiple projects to tasks perhaps? Thanks again for the video (I am liaising with one of your guys presently (Red) with a view to you guys helping me set some stuff up. Cheers
I've added your question to ask.peter.tv and I'll try to cover it during the the next live Community Q&A :) Check it out on our channel when it happens
24:20 doesn't attaching a Google Drive file create a link rather than a copy? Just wondering how it would deal with native Google files since these can only exist within Drive.
I'm really interested in the deep dive on you use the book Scaling Up, but the Remote Work Playbook isn't appropriate for me. I already set up a call and chatted with someone about it and I'm locked into some software tools already, so it doesn't make sense for me. How can I get access to the deep dive on Scaling Up?

Glad it was helpful! Here are a few use cases for non-profits with Asana blog.asana.com/2021/09/asana-for-nonprofits-expands-all-budget-sizes?RUclips&Video&Organic&Why-we-chose-Asana-for-Shared-Task-Software
This was so informative. Question tor you- could we use an Asana task it deadline -along with zaps- to auto publish content to social channels- specifically LinkedIn. Seems like that should be possible. (with some integration assistance). Thanks again!
This is brilliant, awesome overview of Asana, Thank you. Just to clarify - You can have the same person on multiple different 'teams' and still use the free version?
Can you add a google chat message directly to an asana task as a comment? I noticed in another video asana + slack there is an integration that does that. Example you are having a group chat and want to take something from that chat in slack and send it over to an asana task.
I created a free account using my GSuite which was a great idea from you, but I faced something terrible! Members are able to modify and even delete tasks and projects without even getting a notification!! Unless you create a comment-only project which is highly limited. there is no permission control for members not in Free, not in Premium plans! This issue is on top of everything to avoid using that. I read in their forum many people are facing the same problem since 2018! Is there any solution for that?!
Thanks for this video, it sounds like Asana might be better for companies that are working in a google environment. We are a small, non-profit but we work in a Microsoft environment. Would you still recommend Asana in our situation?
Thanks Peter, much appreciated. Quick question. How scalable is Asana with respect to the number of Projects it can handle? The use case I have in mind might involve creating perhaps 100 or 200 projects over time and maintaining them as a record of previous implementations / event tracking etc. I'm thinking I would group the projects using the Portfolio capability - but... would Asana cope with that many projects? Would it affect performance etc? Thanks again for your assistance and great video.
Timesheets and the ability to track time in real time is essential for my business is this something Asana can do well? It looks like you need add-ons for this?
Hi, great video thank you. I need to integrate Asana with a Mindmapping tool like Miro, Lucidchart, etc. The objetive is create a Project in Asana and inside tasks and sub-tasks, so when each task and sub-task is created the Mindmappinf tree shows the taks and some detalis of it. When a task or sub-task is completed, the tree updates automatrically showing the changeds. This is to see Strategic Goals of our company in Asana like List or Kanban (columns) buy also as a tree like e big picture. Hope you can undertand what we need. I already tried integrating Zapier with Miro and Lucidchat but was impossible, also contacted both companies but no positive result. Can you help me? Thank you so much.
I’m barely 3 minutes into this video, and sir, you are nailing every point. Great insight, thus far.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Best Review of Asana I've seen Yet! Well Done... Thanks
Awesome I’m glad it was helpful
Thanks for the book recommendation, I am buying it right now :D

What's your view on ClickUp vs Asana after a year?
Do you use Asana and Copper CRM together or would Copper replace it? Thanks

Can you use Zapier to syn the Calendar from Asana to google calendar? It will not syn the correct time and I use the google one for everything
I'm going to respond with my thoughts in the next live Community Q&A :) Check it out on our channel when it happens
Great Vid! Just a question how did you do the channel
Which channel?
Hi, what about GQueues? Txs.
24:20 doesn't attaching a Google Drive file create a link rather than a copy? Just wondering how it would deal with native Google files since these can only exist within Drive.
It always attaches a link ☺️
What are your thoughts on Smartsheeet vs Asana?
Is it possible to see a top view of all projects in all teams as a business overview rather than having to click into all teams.
Yes, via the Portfolios feature
Interested in your consulting services for ASANA
I'm really interested in the deep dive on you use the book Scaling Up, but the Remote Work Playbook isn't appropriate for me. I already set up a call and chatted with someone about it and I'm locked into some software tools already, so it doesn't make sense for me.
How can I get access to the deep dive on Scaling Up?
That is woven into the remote work playbook 😊 If you want to drop some questions here I’m happy to try answer them in an upcoming video
Do you prefer Asana over Google Sites for SOP’s. And why would you choose one over the other? Thanks!

Extremely useful, thanks. Wondering about use cases for non-profits with Asana.

Yep could work with Zapier. Ask our team about it
This is brilliant, awesome overview of Asana, Thank you.

Not sure sorry!
Remember the Milk! I loved it.
😅 takes me back

It's designed to be collaborative ;)

Yep works fine, just not as many nice integrations
Asana may be good but Restyaboard is simply awesome and free to use.
Never heard of it

Thanks again for your assistance and great video.
Pretty sure portfolio has a limit (we've asked them to raise that) but overall projects I believe the limit is 500 active projects
Is Asana payed now?
Still a free plan available
Timesheets and the ability to track time in real time is essential for my business is this something Asana can do well? It looks like you need add-ons for this?
Yes, addons are best for this as there's no native time tracking featuer
What add ons do you recommend for this? I own a cleaning business so tracking and timesheets would be amazing

The goals and timelines features of Asana would work well for that :). Our team can help with a demo if you like. www.itgenius.com/consult
Please have one of your team members reach out to me asap. I am looking to move forward on this ASAP, if you want the credit, please reach out. Thanks
