I think its a good idea to swap trinkets/legendaries, but other than that i don't. For example, I'll use Spectral Thurible during trash, but swap to a single target trinket like Owl or Terror for bosses. M+ video guide coming after the holidays! -Publik
Exactly swapping spectral and terror is the only thing worth it in my opinion, the changes are simply too tiny to be worth it. And then there is the fact we love chainpulling to keep voidform up, so downtime between boss/trash/boss/trash won't happen that ofter preferably. Enjoy the holidays! i got the prototype trinket on my priest first raid i was on. Did hell of a lot more dmg then thurmble (or whatever the spear of anguish trinket was called). Procs so often and does about 10% of the dmg in total. Its super high (most likely a dmg nerf or proc nerf in the future, if they even care at this point to balance trinkets since raiding is "over")
One thing i'd have noted, you mentioned using it in m+....it can be a hazardous trinket to use in m+ when you get unpredictable 20 yd range aoe...make sure if you're using it in a situation where there are nearby mobs you might accidentally pull that you stand within 10 yds of your target so that it does not proc and you don't get unexpected adds....i might have unintentionally pulled coristalax (or whatever the robot boss is in arcway) while trying to apply my dots before MC'ing the mob to delay the haste bubble
Hey, first of all, i really appreciate the whole H2P teams effort put in for the community. I'd like to ask you one thing tho. I can reach the 16k haste goal with the new 4 set only, however t20 4 set and t21 2set has a significant more dps increase even with like 12-13k haste. 16k haste gives me the fluid 1min rotation but i give up like 100-120k dps on a ST fight, and more often than i'd like to admit, i find myself dropping out of voidform way too early, or like mindbender still swinging and i sit there waiting for a better voidform. I am really inclined on using the old setup, as in t20 4set-t21 2 set, but is there any circumstances where the new 4 set and 16k haste reigns over the old one? Thanks in advance.

As someone who raids US but is living in Germany for the next 6ish months...I am sitting at 120 MS (give or take a little). I sim my character on multiple boss types and still cant get anywhere close to what I feel like I should be pulling.
going over 100ms can be hard, but it doesnt make it impossible. I would say lean on either using t20 more, or getting even more haste to combat having high ms. Make sure if you are simming you are using magicsim and not raidbots! -Publik

Norgannon + Thurible is pretty much better in all cases with T20 4set. If you opt to use T21 4set and you are below 15k haste you should use the stat stick/arcano trinkets to reach it as 15k haste is your #1 goal with T21 4set. Hope this helps -Publik

Chuck Ganapolis the reason why we take AS is because it help us with insanity generation to maintain the 1 min voidforms also the talent has a great synergy with crit build which is what we're using in this tier. Now if you wanna see the math behind it you can find some spreadsheets on howtopriest site.
Short answer is that AS gives us insanity, which helps us stay in voidform longer. And staying in voidform longer is far and beyond our best source of damage. Here is the talent sim breakdown if you are curious: i.imgur.com/stkKUbg.png -Publik
15-17k haste is the rating you want to shoot for (% varies too much, rating is the better thing to pay attention to). This amount REQUIRES the belt and sephuz legendaries, if you don't have those you'll want 18k+ to make the rotation work. A good measure to know if you have "enough" haste is if you can consistently hit 51-55 stack voidforms. -Publik
Shoulders are definitely close overall, but generally speaking only do well when you can constantly hit adds which isn't always an option. The other thing that hurts the shoulders is that it is in a tier slot, meaning you can't use 6pc and you limit your 4pc options. dogos are annoying in mythic. Shit happenes = wipe raid. Nature of boss mechanics. mythic guild doesnt = kills everything really easy. Just means that the guild progress in mythic.
