Here are the instructions:
1. Take a look at the parts list and ensure you have all the items to build.
2. You will also need a Philips head screwdriver.
3. Please refer to the parts list in the manual.
4. Protect and place the car on a flat surface.
5. Remove the motors from the seat compartment.
6. Refit the front trim with screws.
7. Line up the steering rack with the relevant gaps on the bottom of the car.
8. Line up the steering rack with the steering rod.
9. Secure the steering rod with a washer & split pin.
10. Secure the steering rack with screws.
11. Repeat the process on the other side.
12. Remove the bolt from the suspension.
13. Use the bolt to secure the suspension spring to the body of the car.
14. Repeat the process on the other side.
15. Insert the rear axle through the holes in the body of the car.
16. Thread the multiplug wire attached to the motor through the hole in the body of the car.
17. Line up the motor with the axle & the hole in the body of the car.
18. For the rear wheels, ensure the assembly order of the hardware is as follows - wheel - washer - & finally the nut.
19. Attach the wheel caps by lining up tabs & clicking them into place.
20. Repeat the process on the other side.
21. For the front wheels, ensure the assembly order of the hardware is as follows - washer - wheel - washer - & finally the nut.
22. Attach the wheel caps by lining up tabs & clicking them into place.
23. Repeat the process on the other side.
24. Line up the wheel guard with the relevant gaps on the body of the car.
25. Secure it with screws.
26. Repeat the process on the other side.
27. Attach the foot trim to the corresponding holes on the bottom of the car.
28. Secure it with screws.
29. Repeat the process on the other side.
30. Remove the nut & bolt from the steering wheel.
31. Ensure the steering wheel is lined up with the hole on the steering rod.
32. Secure the steering wheel with the nut & bolt that was previously removed.
33. Attach the front windshield to the relative gaps on the bonnet.
34. Attach the wing mirror by pushing it into place until you hear a click.
35. Repeat the process on the other side.
36. Attach the light bar bracket by pushing it into place until you hear a click.
37. Connect the light bar bracket multiplug to the one protruding from the rear of the car.
38. Thread the wire attached to the light bar bracket through the hole above the rear wheel.
39. Attach the light bar bracket by pushing it into place until you hear a click.
40. Connect the light bar multiplug to the one protruding from the light bar bracket.
41. Thread the light bar wire through the light bar bracket.
42. Attach the light bar on one side by pushing it into place until you hear a click.
43. Attach the light bar on the other side by pushing it into place until you hear a click.
44. Attach the front bumper to the relative gaps on the front of the car.
45. Connect the motor multiplugs.
46. Slide the seat on to the brackets.
47. Secure the seat with screws on both sides.
48. Connect the battery terminal.
49. Once the battery terminals are connected, check to see if the car powers up.
