Love this look I did it to my 2009 Spyder but now I’m getting all kinds of error codes and limp mode…the reset works but goes away every time I restart….any suggestions??
How's your belt alignment after pulling the axle nut? I couldn't get mine to align doing it that way?. I had to tighten from the axle side otherwise the axle would shift backwards throwing the belt out of alignment. I may play with this plate mount, but reuse the stock wiring for a light. I have the bobber fender on mine so it looks more like a sportbike underneath.
Where you from homie? I have a spyder and did the same thing. Some state require you have a light on your license plate so its always visible. I have to do this in VA
I live in Indianapolis. There are no requirements here. Just quickly thinking, the wire could be ran back to the plate holder and somehow fastened above the plate. Let me think on it, I may do a part two to the video adding that. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
How about light for plate

I haven't had any codes at all. Thats the first Ive heard of it.

That's a good question. I have not noticed any movement on mine. I'll be more mindful to see if there is any changes.
What's the size of the opening on that axle mount?
Good question, I an not sure. I’ll have to look that up.
True here in the land of Stinkin ( oops Lincoln) it’s required to light your plate too. A small LED could cure that.
Where can I purchase license plate holder from?

@@Sketchkustomz no problem. We have to get vehicle safety inspection here. So they failed me for it. Just passing on free game
I rode my f3 without a fender and hated it. I got tired of getting wet from the tires and rocks flying.
Luckily, I have not experienced the rain as of yet. Im sure it will suck though.
How did you get writing on the tires? Are those the stock tires?
I got them from Tredwear.com. Pretty easy to install. They are the stock tires.
@@Sketchkustomz what size lettering did you get?
The fender is there to keep splashes and Small gravel off your back. Plus it looks better with the fender.
I agree it does keep you clean, but I definitely like it without. Its been a year now with no regrets
What’s is you experience so far? Do alot of rocks hit you
Never been hit with anything as of yet. (Knock on wood)
You in Utah????
No. I live in Indianapolis. But lived in Salt Lake for 20 years.
Now you gotta take off the fronts and add a Vool Doo exhaust
I've been thinking about removing the front. Just unsure I want to go that route yet. But I love the look.
FYI - most states require fenders.
Yea. Here in Indiana, we are good fender-less.
@@Sketchkustomz Just don’t travel out if Indiana.
Nice bike bro
Thanks ✌️
