I wanted to try a high proof blanco without breaking the bank, so Binny's in the Chicago suburbs had the Santo Fino 110 for $41.99. I agree with you, it runs hot. At first I wasn't crazy about it, but after a couple of weeks, I decided to try something different, and grabbed about 10 Ghiradelli chocolate chips. I ate one, then sipped the tequila, and the heat went away, it tasted like a completely different tequila. Not sure I would buy it again, but I'm glad I tried it.
