It first appeared in 1944 as a paper by a British engineering student. Since then, GE, Chrysler (their video is here on RUclips as well), and Rockwell Automation have done various versions of it.
The reason Christina thinks she's the everything champ is because she lives in the Pretty Person bubble-- she gets celebrated more. Tom knows exactly who he is. Bunz is the ego champ, which is why he's also the personality champ.
