4:10 barbarians don't run faster while raging in DnD. Instead, Rage in DnD makes them take less damage from physical attacks while giving them a damage bonus on melee attacks, so it's basically the opposite of what it is in Dark and Darker.
Yeah, I was thinking of 7th level instinctive pounce which allows Barbs to use half of their movement speed when they rage. But either way, you’re right. It’s definitely not exactly like DnD.
I hadn't thought about that feature at all, but yeah I guess they do have a speed burst when they rage. It would be pretty sick if they were given a single use leap during rage, instead of a movement speed stim. @@thedarkharvester
Tbh if almost every video game version of rage you get slightly more total move distance not Ms but this isn't a turn based game so Ms is the same as move distance total
? different ways of achieving "move distance total" are not the same in effect, especially outside of turn based games. An MS increase is different from other ways of increasing mobility because it does not affect your gameplay, unlike for example leaps/dashes. @@RetroRey777

I have no official answer. It feels like it does but I'd wager it doesn't. However you never really break big boxes where luck matters the most so luck pots still goated
@@RetroRey777 agreed. The counter is obviously true as well; constantly buffing the fun out of a game is very sad. I enjoy this game too much for things to be op, this is one of those games where u NEED perfect balance for it to be fun or else.. but at the same time i understand (since ive played for over a year) that small changes can bring classes into and out of obscurity. I think nerfs are better for balance and buffs should be SPARINGLY used, not constantly as with barb... but anyways potion chugger meta i have two demigod barbs bc of the game I will keep abusing it.

Only class I’m in voyager. I enjoy for sure, like he said unless the fight ends quickly I tend either barely win or get bonked by pve or range.
