Nine was not that weak he only got beat by ofa boosted bakugo and deku. Shigaraki might have been weaker originally because s6 deku could almost beat incompetent Shigaraki without 100 percent full cowling
@@Volonid that was after having his regeneration overwhelmed by endeavor’s prominence burn. If it was a straight 1v1 back in the first war arc, shiggy would have straight bodied deku.

You can tell Shigaraki has gotten stronger. When he used his quirk on Aizawa it was only enough to peel off a small portion of his skin, but when he touched Nine he Thanos snapped him.

If Bones wanted to “create a mystery” about Shigaraki in season 5, they already did. In the second movie. Everything else to add to that “mystery” has just been spoilers.
@Mookiephone because by that point it’d be obvious that the movie was done at a separate point of time manga readers would have to catch on to the more subtle details that is currently in the midst’s of going through changes with his quirk nines death one of the more obvious details

No it’s not it’s because he has a medical condition not dying he scratches himself whenever he’s stressed
@@shaun7002 one source I read said Decay is causing Shigaraki to itch. Like how most Quirks have some kind of side effect on the person (ReDestro’s Stress Quirk causes him to lose his hair, Aizawa’s Erasure causes eye strain, etc.) Notice how the second a young Shigaraki used his Quirk, his skin started changing as if all moisture has left him and his skin is just all dried up.

Shigaraki can't beat Nine when he's at full strength(not at this point anyway). It's a similar situation with Overhaul. He knew he couldn't beat him in a head on fight so he waited til he got weakened to kill him off.
@@stormbringer7773i mean shigaraki didn't kill overhaul he just decayed his hands but yeah nine would slam this version of shigaraki. Shigaraki with only decay is so easy to counter and beat. No super human abilities so you can just run around smacking him

He lost part of his fingers in the manga two of his fingers organic while the rest his prosthetic

In the end it seems that Shigaraki made that decision since that boss was unstable but I see that they managed to defeat him.
If shiggy was a hero , he’ll be finish with a battle in like 2.5 seconds
But shigaraki's quirk isn't a hero quirk, he touches something he destroys it regardless of if its breathing or not. unless he was like a trump card for the hero association then yeah they wouldn't use him as a hero they'd use him as a hitman to kill villains/heroes they deemed neccessary to be killed

It just hit me that this shigiraki is supposed to be post-MVA with the white hair and 2 fingers uncovered, but for one shot they reuse a shot (is it still counted as reused if season 5 came out after this?) from when he's first talking to Garaki about his hands with blue hair

This is supposedly post Liberation Shigaraki but the animators weren't aware he gets white hair, and his raspy voice cleared up
