The next journal is in derelict covert in the echo swamp. When looking at the map, it's at the very top tree, and it's on a roof. There are two trees that are similar so check the very top of both if you cannot find it

By the way, the next step to find the one in the "Ruins" is not the Journal ontop of the ruins by the fast travel point. That is not the one for this quest. Read the Mission description and it tells you the title of the Journal Entry that you're looking for. If anyone finds this one let me know cause I've been looking..

@@Taterooo if you stand by the ruins courtyard battlefield mission and look all the way up at the side of the ruins it's at the very top 😭 i stumbled on it by accident. How is anyone supposed to actually find these legitimately??
