Guys hope you enjoyed the Bikepacking video and maybe give you some ideas for your own Bikepacking adventure .. A simple way to help if you comment and like it really helps us with RUclips algorithm. If you want to help more click the buy me a beer link www.paypal.me/marksteeenson and get mention in the next video.. Money goes toward replacing broken video gear and online storage and editing software monthly fees, basically running cost of making these videos and of course a cold beer at the end of the ride. We will always make these videos free to watch, but it nice when some fellow Bikepackers reach out and help. Cheers for the support.
Excellent, honest reviews. I like their kit and they are on my list. I'm in the States so cost is more of course. The bag insert on the top tube bag, I believe, is so you can load/unload all at once and to organize. Thanks! Be safe!
Not forgotten about sending you pics of bike. Was on a 4 days tour I got back from a few weeks ago, took lots. Will try to upload them and get them to you by end of week. New bags look good and Taiwan makes great bikes. I have owned Giant bikes and I am sure Trek and others all have factories there it's somewhat of a mecca and would have no qualms about buying Taiwanese.
Tried a few times with the icloud address it failed both times. i wonder if you can view them here? plus.google.com/u/0/photos/113002354381601089933/album/6598062846190998577?authkey=COiE0ei9o5PLpQE
Oh forgot to mention the details of interest. First Bikes a Cube Nu Road Pro 2018 Shimano 105 /shimano hydrolic brakes. It's a road/cross bike 36mm Clement tyres. It has BarYak on front fork with Blackburn cages, in those are DD Hammock & DD Tarp. The rest of the gear is Alpkit and Altura (Alpkit similar price point to Geosmina by the looks of it)
Just wondering if you’ve experienced sway with the saddle bag? I picked up the 10L and stuffed it with my tent poles (17”) and a bunch of soft goods to see how it packs out, and while the weight is evenly distributed I’m noticing that it does not securely sit as firm as I was expecting it to, even with the straps as tight as they can be. Thanks!
I never put tent poles in it just soft stuff tent poles I put in front roll bag or on frame .. no sway for me but maybe it about the saddle frame bracket maybe different …
Hi there. Nice review but the "cargo cage" bags are missing, why is that ? would have appreciate your experienced advice about them. Keep on trailing and reviewing !
Hi! The handlebar bag have good stability on the trails and in the downhills? Or flip and move side to side or up and down too much? I will use it in a full suspension 29er bike and im interest on your feedback! Thanks
