Great list. The only ones I disagree with are Carter, Jack, and Nick. I get that Carter’s the perfect boy scout leader, but I always felt like thats what made him great. He was like the Captain America / Superman figure of the series. I wouldn’t say he’s the best red ranger, but he’s definitely GOATed. Jack, I felt like he was more high-RAW than GOAT material. Loved him as the SPD Red but I didn’t feel like his character was as good as some of the other best red rangers. For me , Jack’s character felt closer in line with Connor in development. With Nick, I felt like you were being pretty charitable placing him in MID. Aside from some really cool fights and having some decent moments, he was generally a pretty bad leader/red ranger. As being the least likable character in the entire team with barely any development, I can’t see him being in the same category as Cole and Shane.
Like I’m not tryna be biased but Wes and Jen and just time force season over all is such a goat for many reasons I’d argue Jen was the leader of the team for most part in that season but wes was just such a goat red ranger in that team
Nick, for me, is trash. His development was just not worth it at times in Mystic Force. When he found out that Udonna and Koragg (AKA Leanbow) were his birth parents, that's the only bit of development that was worth it. If he wasn't given so much focus, I would've shipped him and Madison. But the fact that he kept wanting to give up? That's a big no for me. Jayden and Troy, though they may also be trash, were at least better than Nick in terms of not giving up. Heck, even Cole wouldn't give up the fight. That speech in the final battle against Master Org... "We may not be Power Rangers, and our Wild Zords may be gone, but their spirits still live inside us!" Need I say more? And heck, Carter facing the giant Diabolico and Olympius with just his blasters after his Megazord was down was DEFINITELY proof that he wasn't gonna give up so easily! No way, no how! Carter, for me, is between GOAT and raw. Leo and Casey are SERIOUSLY underrated.
