I have a *sense* that this may be what is going on with mine (seems to be the identical model)... it is running normally - just no heat. I was super excited to see that it has a diagnostic mode - but mine is not giving me a code at all. It just ding-dings every time I push/hold the temp button... but then nothing. What do I deduce from that?? I am so grateful for this video, but I'm just an old chick... kind of apprehensive about pulling this whole thing apart, especially if the thermal fuses might not even be the problem. I just can't think what else it would be. The error code would have made me feel better about the whole thing - am I just doing something wrong trying to elicit it?
