If rice can somehow be converted to the no 6 that Partey has been then I would say yes. I think get fofana first and then see what kind of price we can get for Bruno G and Frenkie de Jong. It’s not an area we can risk.

I think a good money move for Onana to Arsenal would be good business for both clubs, especially if Everton were to get a £35m deal for Dominic Calvert Lewin to Newcastle over the line. They would have a good £60m to spend on a much better striker than DCL.
Onana at Everton reminds me of Rice at West Ham and I think we could get the same improvement. Add Fofana to the squad as a classic box-to-box MF and we have lots of options. Onana could also cover CB.
Onana is savagely overrated, for that money you can get not one but two better playes inr Reo Hatate and Maxence Caqueret. And as cherry on top you'll have mone for Serhou Guirassy
