The bandanas in the Run BTS choreography can represent eras in BTS's career in chronological order.
1.The song started off with folded bandanas worn under caps, exactly like what Hobi wore in their debut song “No More Dream”.

Young, rookie BTS
Anxious, nervous over uncertainty - career-wise & being young adults.
One of “HYYH pt. 1” photo concepts was actually titled ‘Anxiety’.
3. Hiding behind the bandanas.
BTS had some tough times - can be embarrassing.

I feel like I saw so so so much passion from him that I haven’t seen in a while. You could tell he really really liked this choreography.
Artists like him would make u appreciate arts more. One of v's talents is making people fall not only for him but also for the things he'a doing. He sings, dances? He'll make you fall for music. He acts? He'll make you fall for films. He perfoms? He'll make you fall for stages.
This choreo/dance practice was so amazing and a surprise for us armys and just watching the guys goes and shows that they still have the passion for what they love and do even after 10 years

If you think this was sensational, you NEED to watch the ON dance practice. I get goosebumps every time. From the dancers to the props they use right to BTS themselves. ON is always so fun to watch. The energy in that dance practice is IMMACULATE so so soooo good! I swear I watch it at least once every week to remind myself that BTS is in fact THAT group 😭 and we are just lucky to be here experiencing them
V danced like he was just having the time of his life and those are my favorite moments. The dance line loosens up the most during dance practices but love it when they can master these crazy choreos and still find joy in it so it’s not just a job. Amazing and entertaining! And you guys appreciating it for what it is makes it even better :) love you brothers!

you know an artist is passionate when they always give their all in every performance, every song and even evry dance practice.. its been almost 10 years since they debuted and yet they still have the fire in their eyes. and every aspect of this choreo is amazing..
This dance practice is amazing, my favorite part is when J. Hope comes in and as he's calling the members names they come out to his sides. 😍 they're amazing. Then at the end when RM is standing on the chair and the Hyung Line and Maknae Line are lined up in front of him. 🥺 I was so hyped. I love them so so much! 💜

Props to the dancers. They match BTS energy and no single tiny mistake. Oh this choreo is for sure the perfect representation of their maturity, confidence. They have mastered their craft. It is just right: they are so in synch and at the same time they are all 7 so unique.

jimin is so mesmerizing to watch here. i know sometimes he gets overlooked during these types of choreos because “it’s not his forte” but personally i love watching him this way. he moves so fluidly but still manages to be sharp when hitting the moves.
I have seen many dance practices, but this one tops it. The dance practices are usually done with a stationary camera. They practice is for the many performances they will do, whether that's the comeback stage or concert. This time it looks like they needed the cameraman practicing his choreography too. That person had to be able to move in and around as part of the performance. He would need to capture the action and manage to stay out of the way of the backup dancers. His job was important for the streaming viewers.
The Busan concert RunBTS camera position only showed them mostly from the waist up. It is exactly the same choreography however with no blinding stage lighting. And there is no back psychedelic lighting which was distracting. Go watch it and compare. Yes, I love their street clothes. It works. So... footwork plus in this version. Details. You can see all the details!!!
Holy sh*t JIMIN. He nailed this choreography. He are killing with his moves, outfit, facial expressions, with his professionalism. He is great, the best dancer in entire industry and the hottest man in this planet 😍🔥

Most awaited reaction.. They guy with white cap is V.. Suga is actually AGUST-D there.. He is wrecking everyone with his looks... They never fail us to amaze us with their talents. I love them.. 💜🥲 thank u for the reaction
it was their last concert for a good 2 years, Jimin and Jk were in their home town, all their parents were there, and they practiced every day for 4 weeks, both the dance and singing . They have to do that so they can figure out when to breath, when there is no chance, so for that phrase the backing vocals get turned up, . They work, tradeoffs, audio, stage and lights into the act to perfection. and if you watch careful, ( you have to slow it down) Jimin is always dead on the beat. so my guess is all audio and effects times to beat are timed off the music and Jimin, as that gives people sight and sound to work from.
Also, not all great dance moves have anything to do with Michael Jackson. Dynamite, and butter , and maybe one other, but the rest is all their choreographers. James Brown was the first to do a moonwalk, and not many realize that.
AND BTS back up dancers are at the top of the game every time.
I believe this dance practice and the performance, was legendary. It will be the last one for two years, for all of them performing together. Sad but true, we will be waiting!

Sienna Lalau choreographed this piece, and her work with The Lab (the dancers featured in the ON Kinetic Manifesto, set in the LA River Basin) is very, very evident. As Son Sung Deuk shaped their early precision and complete coordination, Sienna does wonderful work shaping the stage entire.

Every time they interview the dancers they talk about how BTS themselves push them to do better bc BTS themselves give their best. It’s just absolutely amazing. The energy they must all feel on the stage

That's cause both Run BTS and ON were choreographed by the same person.. Sienna Lalau. She also choreographed Dionysus! She was the blond dancer in pink at J-Hope's Hobipalooza!

You should see the Mic Drop performance dance practice, it also has backup dancers. It’s extended with dance break which the music video doesn’t have.

Those fluent moves were fruits from a lot of hard works. Usually they took the video after days of works mastering the choreo. They would took shoot after shoot until they got it perfect and they satisfied with it.
I really respect their work ethic and their dedication toward their passion. Admirable.
You hit it spot on. Part of what makes this dance practice so great is the confidence they exude. It's such a difficult dance but they just do it so swaggy and perfect. Also, we all saw it live first so we know that they can handle the vocals and the dancing with ease.

back in 2014, when i was a baby army, their dancing was what i felt really set them apart from other kpop groups. ofc now i see them as a whole package and generally stand out in every other area too. but i’m still amazed and always will be by their skills and passion in dance. not to mention they’re not exactly the young adults they were back then anymore.

I love the energy of our Kings! They nailed again. I don't see any other K-POP can have this kind of energy. Since the beginning before their debut, I'm already impressed the way they dance. Their footwork is so amazing. The way they move it's like no bones. Run BTS music is my exercise every morning. I watched this Run BTS practice so many times and still giving me goosebumps. How can they move like this, like a little kid full of energy? Wow, amazing choreo and the back up dancers are enjoying them too!

BTS was always known for their synchronization but footwork should be on the list. Whenever I see pro dancers reacting to them they share the same opinion as me. Bts‘ footwork is so good. And they’ve been doing it since debut. And it improved to perfection.
Something that I feel like also made it feel so different is that it’s the first song in a while to get choreo that was a Korean song. We had dynamite, butter, and PTD. 3 songs back to back in English with choreo. Run BTS was the first mostly Korean song with choreo. And you could feel the energy and excitement from the members. Suga said it had been since ON since they had hard choreo.. I think all members missed hard choreo lol

You watched one scene several times and failed to notice Jin picking up the bandana that was dangerous on the floor(someone could have slipped on it). When Jin threw his bandanna away it seemed to have come forward and V nearly stepped on it and Jimin did so without breaking the beat Jin picked it up danced with it in his hands until Jimin’s part where he stuffed it into his pocket. This is not unusual for Jin to do, in fact there is a video out there somewhere showing all the times he has seamlessly picked things up off the stage that could be hazardous during a dance performances where most people would not have noticed, except eagle eyed army of course. It is interesting viewing only to see just how many times he has actually done it. He must have done it so seamlessly in this video because neither of you picked it up even though you watched the scene a few times, but then in your defence your focus was not on Jin.
