Hey Jonny, I am 21 years old and ive been teaching myself how to play piano when i was 14. By now I have the honour to perform every weekend infront of a couple hundred people. Still I watch your videos and wish to have just 10 % of your skill and knowledge of the piano and music in general. Ive been noticing for a while now, that my left hand is pretty weak compared to my right hand when it comes to speed and activity. But only since I watched your videos I've found the motivation to really train my left hand. Im studying and learning your despacite arrangement for a while now and training my left hand with it and its going great. I just wanna say, THANK YOU for being such an inspiration for me and thousands of other people here on youtube. You are a great pianist and a great teacher, keep on doing what you do and know that you affect alot of lives in a very positive way by doing it. Thanks and best regards from Germany.

lol what do u mean its not a playable cover it is playable with the loop station and loop station technically does not change the "sound" being recorded. it just saves the sound and repeats it over and over again. its not that Peter Bence's cover is unplayable. it just requires loop station, or many people to play it in harmony

Because no piano player is perfect and I'm certain Jonny would be the first to accept he is not perfect (although he is an awesome player - in fact my favourite player on RUclips!). So criticism is inevitable and should be seen as constructive. When people like you insult the critics for stating how they feel about Jonny's playing they may not post their critical comments as often as they do and we the learners would then be at a disadvantage because we learn an awful lot from the critical comments. And I bet Jonny learns from them too because feedback is probably the most valuable thing one can receive in order to nurture and grow a creative skill. So please, every person here is entitled to voice their opinion and it doesn't matter whether you agree with it or not, what matters is that they can feel free to do it without being insulted. Maybe you guys judge a song by its lyrics first, but I personnaly look at the overall thing and how it sounds, whether there is lyrics or not. You can compare music with music, if by "real songs" you mean music with lyrics, so you're judging a song is better than an other by its lyrics, that is an understandable point of view. Get in mind that there is multuple ways to listen to music and look at a piece of art, you just have to accept it. And fyi, i find the original quite enjoyable.

For me, this is the only version that shines like a beacon above the rest. Playing Despacito in such a way that it still has its rhythm and melody is extremely challenging for a solo piano player, therefore there are versions where great imagination will not help you and you have to read what you are listening to. This version is a balm not only for the ears but also for the eyes.. excellent...!!!👍
Wow is all I can say to that. Since it’s 6 in the morning and I’m extremely sleepy and suffering from bad migraines , I was expecting to hear Desinfinado by Stan Getz, but was utterly surprised when he started playing this. I was about to turn it off cause it was not what I was expecting but I knew it’d be a sin to do, especially on a Sunday. This dude is a true magician on the keys. Magical to hear. I could listen to his covers all day long. Worst come to worst, I’d be entertained while I suffer in silence
