Iq would go to chucky, no? Chucky has shown to actually be fairly intelligent, he’s also extremely witty and understands how to make use of his surroundings to always have the advantage. I’d have to assume he also has a bit of anatomical understanding after his decades of killing, he needs to know the best ways to kill someone, the most efficient ways, with his resources. Strenght: Pennywise
-No need to explain

-Unconfirmed teleportation ≠ Speed, Pennywise walks slow af
- Freddy climbed up a construction site very fast
Durability: Freddy
-Litterally survived huge hits from Jason and a decapitation
-Pennywise´s only Durability Feat is getting an iron rod through his head (and surviving a decapitation is way worse then that) and then he retreated so it definetley damaged him.
IQ: Both
-Freddy´s IQ is confirmed to be 121 and I saw in a video that Pennywise´s IQ in movies is 115, I´m not sure on that but both have simular IQ Feats, I whould personaly give it to Freddy but I´m not 100% sure.
