Wow, Ajla hits incredible groundstrokes! I think amateurs could benefit a huge deal by forgetting about hitting with an ‘ATP’ style swing or with a straight arm and instead focus on solid fundamentals and a more simple, repeatable technique like Ajla’s.
100%. This whole deal of 'ATP' style forehands has no grounds in real world coaching, it's just an online buzzword that's been spread by RUclipsr's & adult beginners. It's a bit ridiculous to see people new to the sport, especially adults, trying to mimic certain particularities about ATP player forehands when they're nowhere near the required level to try and integrate these things into their game. They just need to start with mastering a basic loop & racquet head speed lol.
Another one that I love is Paula Badosa. So simple and clean. I'm waiting for this new season of CourtLevel by @LiamApilado. Thanks a lot for your effort to bring for us this masterpiece.
I accidentally started watching this on 1.25 playback speed. Was thinking, Wow! Can she hit!
