Thanks for sharing the safety tips! One thing that many people are unaware of is the importance to note the manufacturing date of tyres. I believe most tyres do have expiry date of 6 years? So even if your tyres still look good, it is advisable to replace them.
Hi Mr Khong .. thanks for an insightful series.. I also have a BR-V which state that the tyre size is 195/60/R16. I plan to put on 4 new tyres with size of 205/60/R16 when it’s time to replace them (reason to get better traction & more stable during cornering & highway). May I ask whether it will affect the safety or security of the drive? What is your advice? Thank you in advance
Do you still need to follow the tire pressure stated on the door panel of your far for after market tire, say if the tire size is not the same with the stock?
Very important and critical safety tips as tyres are the only contact point between your car and the tarmac. I usually check my cars tyre pressure weekly. Will never compromise on safety.
Uncle, I think better add on how to store the tire pressure gauge as well. The general public doesn't know that an improper storage of the gauge can damage it.
Great informative video, went to so many videos before I finally found one which answers my simple question of how to check the TWI!
Glad it was helpful!

Should be okay. Better grip and better stopping
Hi YS, do I pump according to the max number of passenger or minimum number of passenger?
If you have 2 pax go minimum, if you have 3 or more, go max.
Tqvm YS ! Keep those great videos coming !

You can use that as a guide. After that you have to do a another check, visually, for even wear across the tread and adjust accordingly.

Yup. Good way to stay safe!
