James Labrie is the definition of: A good technique never gets old. In this case, that's what he lacks of. Now he just sings out of tone, bad words articulations and always drinking water.

LOL i know this band since 2004 (like many others) and the “james labrie cannot sing” is always present so you know everything is normal in the dream theater fandom.
James Labrie is more like that explosive NBA star who relied too much on his youth athletic ability and never learned how to do jump shots. Once aging comes in and the fast breaks & incredible high-flying dunks are gone, he can no longer keep up with the game, let alone score a single basket.
