@TheJacksnipe true, there are more species on the Dutch list that in absolute numbers are maybe rarer in a northwest European context, but most of them are a lot easier to see in the world. Future will tell if we get more spectacles eiders here or more african swifts...
You have to ask me :p you have to be a dutch resident though. If so then send me an email to the adress in the description. If you are living abroad than wait a little while because I am working on something

Thank you :)
Just came back from The Netherlands with four new WP species in my bag😉 You have an amazing birding community 😊
Wow. Which 4 species?
@TheDutchBirder the eider, the diver, the scaup and the teal😊
Pacific loon and Spectacled Eider in such a short time is so crazy.
Yeah I don't disagree. Although sometimes it seems that mega's clump together and then there is a long time of nothingness
@@TheDutchBirder yeah that's how December felt with the bad weather
Congrats to the Eider 😍. I am crazy jealous
Thanx. If it can here it can also happen in sweden someday!
@@TheDutchBirder aperently a lot of the ejders that over winter in the neterlands do migrate into the baltic sea so there is some hope
i have had the pleasure to see this absolutely mega twice truly the rarest bird we have ever seen in the netherlands
Horus Swift and Dark-sided Flycatcher have even been rarer in Europe.
