You have a potential to own a startup or do a business also, and you can do much more than doing podcasts/motivational talks on same topic/exams. Problem with talks and podcasts is they are non tangible and don't really contribute to GDP. They may motivate some people to get top ranks but those fixed posts are to be filled anyway. You are not creating jobs, you may be just redistributing those fixed jobs to those people who happen to be motivated and work hard listening to your videos.
