The video is showing scenes from Venice Beach because they used to street-dance there before they got their record deal.
Correct. Hakeem has the most natural charisma of the 4 and yes he was in Wildcats. But Tajh (the one who sings second) has the best voice in the group.
They are brothers. In birth order: Khiry (the tall one), Hakeem, Tajh and Bilal.
They were a big deal for about 4 years from 1988-1992 and earned a lot of respect for writing and producing their second album almost entirely alone. At the time they were 17, 15, 14, and 12 - so pretty remarkable. Also that second album is actually pretty damn good.
They basically walked away from Motown after the relative failure of their third album, expatriated to Gambia in Africa, and started recording under the name Suns of Light. Hakeem has written and produced a bunch of songs for a variety of artists over the years, including Akon and (funnily enough) New Kids on the Block.

- ...wheeeeee!! ....I used to LOVE this tune! ..this is the 'single remix' for the Boys 2nd tune from their Debut Album...It hit #1 on the R&B charts, and was produced by LA & BabyFace.....It SAYS Pebbles ('Mercedes Boy') co-produced this tune & did background, but I don't think so......
- ....The Boys were BIG for possibly a Year 1989-1990, and of course, drama, Record label problems, and...growing UP.... kept them from Superstardom....but, this was a FUN time! ...here's the R&B charts......
